  1. You shouldn't have to, isn't that the point. Pressing the letter E as the mission says to do should work but it doesn't. HENCE IT IS A BUG. I was simply reporting a bug, that is all. I don't want workarounds for a bug, a bug that just was literally created trying to fix more bugs is still a bug that needs to get fixed.
  2. Yes, I stated that. I tested them both was on the same mission type. It works fine with it off but bugs when it is on. That is my whole put. It worked up until today since it is my default setting (Melee With Fire Input = ON). I have been playing since release of Duviri, usually solo, and it didn't start having this issue until todays update that included "When “Melee with Fire Weapon Input” is enabled in the settings, using the default Melee input will now trigger Drifter's Quick Shot while in Duviri". That works fine, you can shot and melee with it both On and Off, but the E only works with it off. If it is set to ON then you can press E all you want, either holding it or tapping on it constantly (so no one asks) and nothing. The pet dies and the mission is over. So the update to how Melee with Fire Weapon Input works has bugged because now the E won't do both.
  3. I am talking after that. When you press X to heal it, and then you have to press E and it won't work if you have your settings to use "Melee with Fire Weapon Input". The moment I changed it back and got that mission again, E worked just fine to heal it and I got my chest reward. The problem is that E will not even register for healing it (hold E) if you have it check as on.
  4. While I am enjoying the change, I tried to do the mission where you destroy 3 orbs hurting some animal and then you have to press E to heal it. Well yeah, E doesn't work for that anymore. Anyone else have this issue? Do I need to change my setting so melee only works with E ? I really prefer to Melee with Fire Weapon Input.
