That's what I was assuming would happen, just wanted to make sure in-case there was a delay between the disbandment and being able to re-upload the logo.

That youd have to contact support over to find the info on, because they may have a time limit on reuploading a already used logo. As long as you reach out about it in advance you can probably either get them alerted about it or find out what their policy is.

  2. He isnt that much of an eidolon frame by design. He is a frame that has absorbed Sentient energy from the plains, he isn't designed to have those powers, they evolved.

Passive is a bit over the top considering just how many enemies one can kill in this game. Would need a limited number of spawns to be viable.

First ability has issues with height of tiles, so something would need to be adjusted there.

Second and Third ability are a bit of an oddity if you are channeling specifically a void energy element attack for a sentient-based frame. Probably a bit of wording but the effects are fine.

Fourth ability feels a bit odd that it cant be used in the air if you are effectively going into a bubble. since it can be used while moving, not being able to trigger it while airborn feels off to me. Third ability looks to be a short enough ability I dont feel either way about that.

First augment is a bit close to Mirage's ultimate Id say

Third augment mentions the fourth ability's husk so it is a bit confusing.

Personally I'd remove the passive augment there, that one is a biiiit much. the low chance makes it unreliable, but when it spawns in that is a very powerful summon. Personally, spawning known sentient enemy types feels odd to me, instead of variants unique to the frame (rather like how the Helminth Kubrow is a unique model for an infested enemy).

I was ready for some knowledge bombs after not having a devstream since June, but what we got was almost 30 minutes of K-drive. We didn't get any info on future Umbra frames/weapons, and no expansion on kitguns/robofishing. The info on Railjacks was nice, but in all I felt like this devstream was kinda flat.

The knowledge bomb of Tennocon wasn't enough for you? Yeesh...

I mean... IN POE you can still gain syndicate standing while fishing/mining etc. just like you can everywhere else in the solar system. Seems funny that as soon as you blast off from Earth the Ostron no longer acknowledge anything you do.

Well, I mean what reason would they? Nothing going on out there really changes anything going on down where they are that they cant just deal with already, like they have before. And they are so small of a colony no one out there cares enough about them to really bother em, meaning stuff out there isn't going to have anything to do with the Ostrons. The Ostrons would have no reason to leave because the Unum protects them. They have all they could want down there so to them, what goes out elsewhere is none of their concern. Us stealing the data caches from a corpus ship around Neptune which contain shipping logs on Jupiter for example would be completely useless, while syndicates could with some imagination care about that info because they can use it to improve their goals. Ostrons just want to live their lives.

  5. I walk all the time, very useful for hipfire aim.

Faster weapon swap would make it easier for accidental weapon swapping when not intending to, also invalidates the weapon swap mods entirely as their effect would then be too strong and would start animation breaking, which just looks awful.

Archwing will likely be touched upon with the Railjack release next year.

Auras force the effect on others, and if you had seen the debates you would have seen there are people that would not want this.

  6. You do the bounties rather cleanly in the plains, even more so in Venus with the bounties being accessible in the open map area. That is pretty much equivalent with generating standing passively while playing. The items you are collecting and trading in are an additive, exactly like how the medallions are syndicate additive items. Yes the syndicate faction can be even more passive, but really what would the Ostrons care about your actions on Sedna in that particular Grineer base? They only care about what you are doing when you are helping them.

If its such a bad Idea why comment ?

Because people will voice that it is a bad idea to let the community know they dont agree with it, because if no one replied it was bad then the only people that would post would be the few that were okay with it, thus making it look like a good idea instead.

Frankly there isn't much that could be made "unique" in the game that isn't user-submitted (like the emblems we already have). Weapons are a huge part of the game, followed by the frames themselves (which I could never see DE making a modular version of), cosmetics, pets, etc. Weapons are the largest category so a kit set would work sure, but not as something where you have to make one build of a kit weapon and thats the only one you can get out of the set from that clan. It would be a bit of a wasted system as a whole when so few people can experience the breadth of the system, just a small piece of it unless they swap clans.

Glyphs are basically the same as the emblem, just in a spray. A clan glyph would be just spraying the emblem around, which Id be totally behind.

  8. Considering when you ran out of revives in a day you had none, and people were still not reviving people when that was the case even when informed, just goes to show you how this idea is dead in the water and would never work as you intend.

1st: Recasting wouldnt be possible unless its destroyed completely.

2nd: That was a joke, i thought the smiley and what i have written before that would make it clear 😛

Making it not be recastable rather neuters the ability Id say. Quarters its usefullness. Id be a very sad ice man if that was ever considered.

Eh, people use smilies for a lot of reasons, anymore making it hard to tell if it is sarcastic, jokingly, or sincere. *shrug*

Let us implement your idea of a polygonal ice globe, but instead of fixing damage parts by recasting the globe we have to repair those damaged parts with our first ability that we then have to shot at the holes to close them again. Man that will be awesome, frost will be a totally different architect frame then 😄

While adding interactivity, it would cost more/take longer to repair a globe that way, and also still has the babysitting issue that kills his ability to be flexible. Most people would just recast the ability at that point because time efficiency, invalidating the interesting interaction.

I have tried to reach out to the devs multiple times to no avail. I only opened a total of 3 tickets due to ive never gotten a reply from the first 2. Yes I bumped the ticket. I never got asked any questions because ive never got a reply and the times i got through to someone over the phone i got put on hold for over and hour just to get hung up on.

I cant solve the issue of a hacked account where everything was deleted.

Then I will say this: Firstly never open multiple tickets, it does nothing beneficial for you. Just re-bump the ticket you have in. Secondly, Go to twitter and reach out to one of the devs there, as many people have used that method to contact the developers directly for your exact situation. Bashing developers does nothing to help your situation, and can in fact lead to them ignoring it because of the toxicity. Lastly the forums is probably the worst place to try and contact the devs, so Id recommend not trying that. The amount of times the devs get pinged in threads for little to no reason would probably make it difficult for them to notice yours.

I do hope your problem gets solved.

Only 170 devs huh? Still isnt a small team. And my info isnt flat out incorrect. You have no solid proof other than whats posted online so how can you definitively say that they arent getting help from its backers? You cant. Then maybe, just maybe DE needs to take some of those 170 devs and put them on tech support because its not looking good for them using a 3rd party tech support. Dont diss DE? 3 months ive gotten no reply. 3 months since ive been waiting for a notice, an email, SOMETHING to let me know me case is being looked into. And ive done everything that i can to get a reply but nothing. Dont diss DE? they dissed me by making me wait for 3 months and im still waiting for a reply. At least when I sent my support ticket into sony i get a reply back within a week or two. Maybe DE need to stop making games since they obviously cant handle all the responsibilities being a game developer entails.

If DE wants respect they have to give it first.

Did you reach out to the devs directly? Did you bump your support ticket to inform the support team it still needs looking into? Did you answer the questions they asked? Did you contact the devs directly if the support team was insufficient? Did you open multiple tickets for the same issue like they tell you not to?

Did you actually try to solve the issue you were having with support, or did you just sit there?

Also, 170 developers for a game of Warframe's size is actually still small. Hell, the game company I work for is an indie team and it had at one point over 250 developers from over 30 countries employed.

  13. Is it hard? For some things yes as that is data that has to be saved to the profile, which bloats with every addition to the game. Slots are the biggest creator of that bloat. That bloat has to be handled in a planned way or problems arise.

You already can get more slots for weapons, frames, companions, archwings, and the like than you could realistically ever need. Rivens, Loadouts, Build and Cosmetic slots add a significant amount to the profiles and are limited due to DE's own limitations they have to impose on themselves to reliably provide their services. They expand these as their plans allow, but they chose some of those limitations regardless because that is part of their plan.

The entire new dimension beein to be able to min max anything seperately, thus ending up max maxing frames, rather then min maxing them.

More the issue of balancing not just the skill but all the modable variants of the skill now.

You misunderstand. I'm not saying that DE is going to release Garuda quickly.

I'm saying that I'm afraid we'll get Fortuna in mid December. So at that point Garuda in October might give us something to do.

It actually takes a significant amount of time to make a new frame, especially considering they like to add quests for them as of late. If that is their plan for her that quest may require Fortuna, a bit more likely with that concept of her involving Corpus and it would follow the pattern of a frame releasing with a quest tied to the open world area like Gara was for Cetus. Id wager that Garuda ships just after Fortuna launches, which I would also estimate is 3 months away from when DE announced it, just like Cetuns was, roughly.

We also probably dont want another launch mess like what Khora had with abilities needing revision right out of the box.

I know I’m not a game designer so I obviously have no idea what’s it like to design games. But if we can play the quests the first time, how hard is it to make it where we can replay them? Some of these quests are important. For collectors, people who are too poor to purchase platinum for sold warframes, etc.

I can see why some quests might as well not be replayable as there is nothing to gain. And I’m sure by the time we reach MK30 and this game is fully completed, a lot of quests and maybe even events will return. The quests could become chapters instead of something on the sidelines. Maybe even Excalibur Prime will return, you never truly know. Humans do tend to have a change of heart every now and then.

But some quests like the hidden messages should be replayable. Or at the very least the warframes could be obtained in some way. Whether it is completing the missions that were required to complete the mirage quests(Similar to spy missions for ivara).  Or completing excavations on earth which were used to obtain limbo(since that is what we had to do in the first place). Either way those warframes should be re-obtainable. And those enemies/objects that are only scannable in those specific quest should at least be brought out into regular missions. Such as the hives being placed in regular hive missions.

We fight juggernaut behemoth before we fight the golem so maybe the collared Mesa could be fought again before the real fight with M Alad V. Sortie hive missions could have the unique hives from patient zero and hidden messages. Since sorties like to have little twists with missions, such as no ciphers and a moving defense target.

There are a couple of alternative ways DE could make things available after the unreplayable quests are completed even though they may be more complicated.

Either way I hope DE eventually removes this whole one-and-done thing they have going with some of these these quests.

If it isnt done right, all progress on the quest is reset and it is as if you never did it before, making you have to recomplete it. However, it can get worse where the data is still there from your initial completion, but completing it again adds more data or changes what is there to be unrecongnized variables, which can lead to account issues. I know some games that had these kinds of issues.

They are working on making them replayable in due time. They have a very small team of coders and they have to ensure the aspects of each quest are redesigned to be replayable (as most were made before that was an option).

Honestly the best solution to quest frames is to just make them buyable as a singular BP or fully built (non reactor'd) from the market if you have completed the quest and already have obtained the frame before at least once, with the same cost as its sale price. As for the quest specific codex entries, they should be auto-completed when you do the quest (for bosses) or replaced with normal versions ( for enemies like the hives) since they are just copies of the normal versions anyways.

I particularly hope that the speculation about Garuda coming with Fortuna turns out to be completely wrong. With that update being months away, there is no reason DE shouldn't try to release that warframe sooner.

That frame is nothing but a concept image at this point, so it being that far off is very likely. That is a very good reason for it to take that long.
