Can you help me ? I talk with Simaris and he give me the items but I can't start the mission, it doesn't appear in the codex...
You have to scan targets. If the target is a corpus, go to corpus missions. If it's the grineer, then go grineer missions.
Remember to equip both Synthesis scanner & kinetic siphon trap in the gear
The target will have 4 blue balls around him. You have to scan him with the synthesis scanner, only that one.
Because he moves a lot, the kinetic siphon trap will allow you to stop him for a few seconds.
Tip: Having a 4 men squad allows you to scan the target easier. Even if you dont scan it and someone does all the work, the whole squad get the (over) 3.000xp cephalon reward.

Hola.
El tema es que tenía unos 35000 puntos de sindicato Cephalon Simaris, conseguidos tras escanear a los 10 lanceros (1er objetivo del cephalon). Acabo de hacer 10 speedruns para escanear el nuevo objetivo (anti Moa) y me encuentro con que sigo teniendo 35000 puntos, aunque SÍ que me han contado los 10 objetivos y me da el objetivo como completado. Sin puntos no puedo comprar las mejoras :-S
¿Han cambiado algo? ¿Hace falta ahora equiparse el sello? porque con los 10 lanceros no tenía sello y sí que me dió los puntos. ¿O será un bug?

Al igual que otros sindicatos, tienes un máximo de experiencia que puedes ganar con cephalon al día, creo recordar que es tu nivel de maestría + 1.000

Empecemos. Necesitamos:
-4 jugadores. /// Añado cómo jugar sólo al final de la guía.
-Ofrendas compradas y equipadas (de la misma forma que se equipa un scaner).
¿Cuál compramos?
La de 100.000 créditos. Más adelante explicaré el porqué.
¿Qué warframe llevo?
Hay muchas combinaciones, pero la que he hecho con unos amigos y me ha funcionado sin problema es la siguiente.
-Loki: Habilidades usadas: 2, 3 y 4
-Frost: Habilidades usadas: 3
-Vauban: Habilidades usadas: 3 ó 4 (depende de la situación)
-Trinity: Habilidades usadas: 2 y 4
¿Cómo entramos a hacer el evento?
Las reglas dicen, Misiones de corpus de lvl +15. Nosotros hemos ido a Neptuno engaño (deception)
¿Cómo se realiza?
A lo largo de la misión nos encontaremos con "Bursta Moa". Los pasos a seguir son los siguientes.
1º Marcar el objetivo. Se mueve mucho, así no lo perderemos.
2º Loki hace su ulti, desarme radial, lo cual lo estuneará.
3º Hackear el objetivo (por la espalda).
4º Mientras tanto, frost debería de estar poniendo una GRAN burbuja cuyo centro sea nuestro objetivo, para que se mueva lo menos posible.
5º Los enemigos empezarán a venir, así que las bastillas de Vauban empezarán a ser extremadamente útiles. (Si la situación sugiere vórtice, pues ya sabes, tira la 4)
6º La energía que nos da trinity empezará a resultar necesaria. La transferencia de créditos tarda un buen rato.
7º El objetivo se moverá, y NO PUEDES MATARLO (aún no), así que de hacerle daño ni hablar. El intercambio de posición de loki será muuuy útil (3).
8º Esperar al 100% de transferencia. Lotus mandará un mensaje con texto en rojo en mitad de la pantalla. TOCA MATAR AL OBJETIVO.
Nota del proceso de transferencia:
Una vez se hackea, hay que estar cerca todo momento del objetivo, para que la transferencia pase de 0% a 100% o te dará error, si te encuentras lejos
¿Por qué gastar 100.000 créditos y no 1.000?Que el moa aparezca depende de un porcentaje. Si todo el escuadrón lleva equipado la ofrenda de 100.000, tienes un 100% de que aparezca.Notas:
-NO MATAR NI DAÑAR AL OBJETIVO hasta que llegue al 100%. Es fácil matar al objetivo, así que recomiendo ENCARECIDAMENTE quitar armas de centinela, o no llevarlo.
-Los puntos de recompensa dependen ahora en el nivel del objetivo.
-Al acabar la misión obtienes una recomensa que ronda aproximadamente entre los 100.000 y 300.000 créditos (siempre y cuando hayas llevado la ofrenda de 100.000 créditos). Así que no hay que preocuparse del gasto inicial, porque lo recuperas
-Loki no es el único que puede stunear, hay varios warframe que pueden. El objetivo es enseñar cómo hacerlo de una forma que me ha funcionado en todas las misiones que he hecho con mi grupo de amigos.
-Bloqueo de puertas / cierre (lock down) es lo mejor que te puede pasar. Aprovéchate de él, si estás cerca del objetivo y no desbloquees las puertas hasta llegar al 100%

I played the mission just after you posted this. I wasn't hosting and got 90 points. All members did. I believe they put the fix before 11pm central time.
We all got our credits back too and then some. I believe it was 180,000 to be precise. 80,000 profit.
My partners confirmed they got the points too.

Great guide, but i'm confused... you spend 100k to gain 100k?... where's the profit?... (btw i have been busy with real life stuff so i haven't tried the event once yet)
Once you finish the mission, you get a reward between 100.000 and 300.000 more or less.

I'm really confused with this since my buddy ran this with me and got 0 points even though they participated on it with me.
DE said there was a bug where only host got points. Theory says it's fixed

The "how to" Operation false profit:
-Get yourself a 4 men squad. // 1 man run at end
-All get a passionate void offer (the one that cost 100.000 credits) (dont worry, you will get your money later)
-Equip it on gear.
-Get a Loki for easy stun > disarm.
-Get a Frost to bubble the target.
-Some cc that doesnt do damage, like Vauban.
-Extra player? ev trinity works good.
The how to:
0- Go to a lvl+15 corpus mission (the message from your inbox tells you which planets...) Neptune - deception works
1-Look for the target "Bursa Moa" and waypoint him, so you dont lose him.
2-Disarm him with loki. That will stun it. (I have to say there are many other ways to stun the Moa, not just Loki)
3-Hack him
4-Bubble it with frost
5-Start cc with vauban.
6-Loki makes sure target stays on bubble (3rd skill).
7-Wait for the transference to get 100%
8-Kill target just after you see the 100% AND the red lotus message.
Notes:
-DO NOT KILL target until it gets to 100%. Its very easy to kill him from sentinels, cc skills. So I strongly recommend to have no weapon on your sentinel.
-Score: Event Scoring will now allow for the level of the Bursa to act as a multiplier for your score. The higher level the Bursa, the greater your score.
-You get a reward of something between 100.000 - 300.000 credits for doing this mission once you finish it, so like I said, no worries on your first 100.00credits from the passionate void offer from market.
-LOCKDOWN comes extremely usefull. If you get one close to the target, do not hack until it gets to 100%
Why should I spend 100.000 credits on the offer instead of 1.000?
The moa drop chance depends on offer. If the whole squad has the 100.000, you have a 100% chance of seen it

The following scans that helios does with that mod (having full scans on any mob), counts towards cephalon standing?

Last mission advice. You dont need to learn the pads' places, just look where the boss is at that moment, look for the closed door below him and find the wires at both sides of the closed door. Follow the wires and you will find the pads :D

Well if you are joining random games and they are using THEIR key, they should be able to play that game how ever they wanna play it. They are letting you join and using THEIR key. If they want to camp from the start, they should be able to since they are the one using their key. If a bunch of people join your game and force you to camp when you use your own key. I can see how that would be a pain, but i really @(*()$ hate people who join my games and then $#*(@ when we camp from the start. If you don't wanna play it then farm your own @(*()$ key and go host your own game. Simple as that.
Totally agree. From time to time I find myself hosting someone else's key and recruiting the extra +2 people and even when I do the work, I always ask the key's owner.
By the way, I just did a couple of survivors and there was a sewer room in both games. So...shhhh dont tell DE the word "sewers" and hope they don't remove it....

I remember when rotation C was the time where there was a guaranteed prime part , but DE somewhat quietly and sneakily removed that by adding forma bps in the bunch.
That's my point. 40 min looking for a prime part and you get nothing...

PVP Standing goes to Teshin, he has his own room in the relay as well, on the first floor next to the Navigation room (Mission Control I think it's called).

No problem, bear in mind that you can only see your Conclave sigil under Appearance in the Conclave loadout screen. It won't appear on the co-op arsenal screen.
I personally use the A, B, and C appearance tabs. One with my standard syndicate sigil and another with the Conclave sigil to make switching much easier.
Stupid question, where does the cephalon standing go? doesnt seems to go to hub-cephalon big guy...

Are you sure your conclave loadout has the sigil equipped? As well, did you hit your standing cap for the day?

This.
There is a daily limit for the amount of reputation you can earn, which is the same as any other Syndicate.
The formula goes: ((1000 x Mastery rank)+1000).
Once you reach the limit, which is set according to your mastery rank, you can no longer earn reputation for Cephalon Simaris and you will have to wait for the daily reset to keep earning reputation.
Damn, then it must be this. How do you check if you have some xp left to earn? (without having to do any cephalon mission)

Hi! I've been doing a couple of synthesis on the "guys with blue balls" and just after its done, i get the "2800 xp", buuut when i finished the last missions, i dont get that xp of the cephalon, even when the previous mission i did get it and when i go to a hub to check my actual xp, also says i didnt get it. Any ideas?

You dont need a mission. Just go any corpus (for the moa) or grineer (for the other guy). A video message from Cephalon Simaris will pop up saying "There is the target (bla bla bla)"
