Plague Star Infested Not Spawning Bug

I know there are a lot of bugs with this Plague Star update but this one has happened to me more than the rest sometimes multiple times in a row. This BUG ruins the mission and forces you to leave on the last step. The infested spawners drop in but no infested actually spawn preventing the Hemocyte from spawning.
