[Am I missing something for Chipper's Archon shard?]

can someone tell me where we get archon shard besides Tagfer & Archon hunt.. Seems I can't get them from Chipper anymore :(

Ever since the new update I can't get the nautilus to drop parts on the ice mines of Neptune. I have 3 systems, 2 chassic & 1 neuroptics BEFORE the update & I have done the mission 9 times already & NOTHING. To add to my frustration after killing a cruise ship i instantly die when leaving the ship after killing the reactor.

[[PC] Deimos: Arcana Coming This Week!]

Is the Alchemist not going to be in the update for Deimos arcana as shown on the dev stream?? 

[Revenant blueprint didn't drop during my quest.]

It only shows I have the chassis in my equipment. I touched the hand at night on plains but when i when to my inventory it's not showing the next part to build. In the quest It keeps telling me to build the next part.
