Since Dante unbound, Vauban's 4 has now been inverted on tap/hold ability inversion when it didn't used to be and is now unusable with vortex and bastille since holding down the ability will put out a bastille but once a bastille you now are forced to make a vortex out of the old bastille before putting out another bastille.
