I created a PC account roughly 3 weeks before cross save reopened. On it I had the cumulus collection from steam and bought the mirage oneiro agile animation set. When I merged accounts these items have been voided, and i'd at least like to get the free bundle again

On a related note: The animation set i bought with the 50 buy-only platinum that comes with a new pc account also did not merge and i'm still down to 0.

I have created a PC account roughly two weeks ago in anticipation of the merge. I claimed the Cumulus Collection from steam on that MR0 account. When i Merged it with my Switch account nothing was kept from the PC account, which meant that the collection, which steam counts as purchased and cant be gotten again - are gone.
