I'm not sure what can be done other than refining the AI model for the upscaler, but if you have it turned on in the options, it doesn't seem to know what to do with the energy bar and it also shows parts of the map outside of the minimap bounds, up to half way down the screen. I know it isn't super useful to report this, but the sooner someone does, maybe the sooner it can be fixed.
