    Thank you DE and any others who had an influence in me being chosen for this role.

     

    A huge thanks also to this Community, without whom, I may not have stuck around for so long.

     

    You answered questions, when I needed answers.

     

    You showed me the way, when I was misguided.

     

    I found you guys, the Forums, the Wiki. I was lucky, others are not so lucky.

     

    Now it's my turn to give back, not that I haven't always, it's just that now, steps are being taken, people are being put in place, 

     

    to ensure the newer guys don't get left behind.

    I personally like it, it possibly allows views and engagements, to take part in ways we've never seen!

     

    One thing I do hope for fluency, the feeling of using your frames weight to gather momentum,

    to see an enemy 25m ahead, surge forward off a wall with a leaping slash attack.

     

    Yeah I'm looking forward to it :)

     

    But would like to see more as it develops, are you listening DE? we wanna see more.

    What Frames/weapons To Get Next?

    I've been playing Hydroid lately, good fun, lots of loot (with the augment) and an awesome puddle skill for when you need a quick respite.

     

    The Burston Prime is also a nice weapon to use, good accuracy, nice status plus a nice augment is available to compliment the weapon.

     

    Whatever you choose I'm sure you'll find a nice play style to accompany the frame you choose next,

    Just started yesterday and am love this game just dont know what too do in game. Also i found a great fps game finally and one that is free plus only took a night too download jackpot.

    First Time Delving Into The World Of Melee

    But I am a reach fiend. You can use Voltaic Strike or Virulent Scourge or even Focus Energy instead of Primed Reach and lower the rank on Life Strike at your leisure.

    I only channel stealth attacks or heavy targets so I don't mind the larger energy cost for an instant full heal. Scindo Prime has 80% Slash base damage so Buzz Kill is a definite choice for raw damage over a regular 90% elemental mod and Jagged Edge is still better than a 60% elemental mod you can squeeze in. Also, slash is excellent VS infested or enemies stripped of armor so it is worth investing in it.

    I would also agree on the higher ranked Life Strike, once you start getting into stuff that starts hitting a bit harder than the average mob,

    one nicely timed slash will give you a nice health replenishment.

    Does Anyone Else Hate That People Use Mastery Rank To Determine A Players Skill?

    On console (PS4) at the moment I feel it is harder now, than it was maybe a year ago to determine someone by their MR.

     

    I mean, with all the super duper cool power levelling that has been of recent, the amount of high ranked players that are about is astounding.

     

    This leads to the top ranked and skilled players, being diluted in numbers by the power level guys,

    these power level guys are the ones that will be found out in anything that requires knowledge, The Raid for instance.

     

    Although the raid may be a mere walk in the park for some, it does require a certain set of skills that cannot be simply "Draco'd"

     

    A good leader, Communication, team synergy, weapon knowledge, CC, etc.

     

    Although I have nothing against any one play style, I feel that some of the guys that rushed mastery rank, may have just cheated themselves out of some good knowledge in game, and the chance at possibly gaining some good friends & players to play with regularly.

     

    MR 19. played since PS4 launch, not the best, don't claim to be, but I do know how to have fun & run organized high level content,

    all at the same time.

     

    I judge a player by the person they are to be truly honest.

    Which Dojo Weapons Are Worth Getting?

    I can vouch for the Dual Ichors being a class weapon.

     

    Another one for the definite list should be the Amprex, nice for crowded game modes, although forma will be needed.

     

    Synapse with a bit of love & forma used to be a real nice weapon & did nice damage, not sure now though as I've not used it in a while.

     

    But like another Tenno noted,  you got to get em all :)

     

    I'd highly recommend the marelock with the right build its awesome but if your looking for mastery rank its a no brainer to get them all !!! ;)

    unfortunately, earlier on, i wasn't keeping track of what Missions they were encountered in, only that i did.

    not that surprised, originally i started noting them to get an idea of what the Reward pools for them were.

    the pools aren't as interesting as i thought they were going to be, but still quite a neat addition.

    I recently got the dual cleavers from a Grineer one in the Raid, its usually above and to the right, at the very start of the 2nd phase of the Raid.

    Forma In Derelict Assassination

    When people see these its like an impulse thing to just break it open. I scan it and then message people to scan it before breaking it. Lets just say that does't always workout. Those containers make the a special noise. So if you hear something that sounds like a Resource Cache, then chances are you are really close. Happy hunting!

    They can still be scanned after they're are broken as far as I'm aware.

     

    If you use the widget for the synthesis scanner sometimes you get 2 scans for the price of 1. :)

    Forma In Derelict Assassination

    Just went in with a crew and found forma in just a regular room either in a locker or a jar. Just wondering how rare this is.

    You may want to check in the top right of your screen too, when in the Liset, as sometimes they have a small affinity or credit booster in the containers too, along with blueprints, sometimes.

     

    EDIT, yup just checking wiki, it seems you have probably found a reinforced container.
