I was farming the Medjay Predasite tags for the first time to upgrade my standing in Deimos, but after I returned from the drift, they just straight up didn't show up in my inventory. I do not want keep doing this run around with echo lures and stuff just for it to end up with no results again, especially since I need to upgrade my standing in order to build the voidrig to start the New War quest. Anyone know what might cause this, or if it's just a one off?
