Like 8 months away from forums because we players attack each other over the waiting time of an update. I return and look... Daniel's back at it again! I'm not gonna ask "Can't we all just get along" I'm just gonna say 1 thing. When we argue no one wins... Ever. The update drops and we're off to play and unfinished arguments remain unfinished. The guy that wrongs continues to taunt and the pride of the guy that's right becomes amused and continues the child play. My advice is... To think about the future. If you find someone that disagrees with you... Think about how much it's not gonna matter for you to post your counter opinion to start a fire. Updates gonna drop and you'll be off the keyboard and on your controller.

I haven't really seen much of an "attack" here recently. There's debates, sure. But as long as nobody holds any real animosity towards one another, it'll only ever be a debate. It's easy to interpret it as an attack, I suppose. Since it's not easy to gain context from text on a screen.

Maybe aside easter... sony has been on busy keep up dark souls 3 running... if that is reasoning then im okay with that, heck even if it delays this update 2 weeks im fine if it means rest of the world non-popular people gets smooth and stable dark souls 3.

There's a lot of other games getting patches than DS3 right now. lol Street Fighter 5 took one update and broke it into two, with the first one landing yesterday and the other coming tomorrow supposedly. But DS3 does sound delicious right about now.

I've already told him Warframe, as well as any other game on PS4, has updated all throughout the week. Let him feel comfortable with what he wants.

    But...but knowing someone is wrong and trying to correct them!...It's like an itch that can't be scratched! ;_;

Fine, I'll let it go...but only because you said so. lol

yes its a milestone but they would get no where without the past updates

and i agree update 20 or 30 we do not know and all the quest are important

You're literally downplaying what I'm trying to tell you. Each update is important in the sense that it adds to the game. But then there's the updates that are important to the lore. Second Dream was DE's biggest update and by far their most important because they literally put themselves out there enough that they were actually second guessing whether it'd be a good idea to even work on it. They took a risk and it paid off. So to the team as a whole, it's their most important and biggest update. The original point was that you were unable to keep track of there ever being an update to release on a day other than Tuesday or Thursday. Someone pointed out that DE's biggest update happened to be on a Friday. There you go.

lol that's a whole lot of assuming that is entirely inaccurate. And once AGAIN, this cert is not taking long. This is still well within a normal turnaround time.

I wasn't meaning it was literally taking a long time. Just saying that it can actually go by faster. I was explaining that there is a sort of queue for certifying updates and yes, that's true. Remember back when BF4 first came out and had to be patched multiple times just to be playable? That slowed down other games (not just this one) from being updated fast enough. Yes, this is an actual thing that happens.

  6. Now we're reduced to "little birdie" posts. I'm going to have to be THAT guy to say it. But no, there's no birds with insider info. You want to know what's happening? We're waiting in a line to get an update certified. It's first come, first serve. If this week were light in updates, ours would have been here yesterday. But Street Fighter 5's March update was shoehorned into the end of the month. That being the 28th. The catch? The idiots at Capcom decided they'd take that ONE update and break it up into TWO. So one came yesterday and the other is coming tomorrow. So that's the 28th and 30th taken up for SF5 alone. Sometimes multiple games will get updated in one day, but this is probably what's taking cert so long.

That is literally what both console teams are. It just takes time, and you have to be patient.

    ^This

There was once a time way back where there wasn't a team for consoles. It was just the one team doing both PC and PS4. Updates were months apart. Even for the smallest content drops. We're far better off now than then.

Having to wait for shadow debt has got me looking to play other games, which is unheard of in my household.  A dead month in a game like this is a slow death because many people don't come back. If I don't have something new (like an event or double xp weekend) or even recycled every week or two, I get restless, and lose friends to other games. I don't expect a new questline every 3 weeks,  but at least give us something to keep the loyal foundation from straying to other games competing for the same cashflow. It's driving my clan crazy that they are supposedly releasing the event at the same time as a major update, especially when the event hit PC several weeks ago. It's probably not the best business plan in a free to play game, and the reason many people came over to this from Destiny in the first place. Please rethink this in the future, if that is truly the plan. People need the digital carrots to keep coming back, and when they aren't there... they move on.  Having said that, thanks for a truly fun and wonderful game.

If you're loyal, you're not going anywhere. That's the idea of loyalty. I've not even deleted Warframe off my console and I've been playing it since I brought my PS4 home around launch. When I burn myself out, I switch games for awhile. But I'll always come back to this game as it's been there for me when I was too broke to go out and buy new games. So just imagine what myself and many other players that have been around that long had to sit through. Updates weren't coming in nearly as often then as they do now. A month of downtime? Laughable at best. We had to wait multiple months just for one update and that update wouldn't even be a big one. This wait is an inconvenience at best. I'm just going to play The Division until I see that Warframe update pop up in the corner of my screen. Then I'll happily switch back and play again. I'm glad you enjoy the game, but based on your trophies, you've only been here for about a year roughly. So even if you left, someone new will take your place. A slow death, this is not. Just pop in a different game and play for a bit, then switch back. This game helps me with my downtime between releases. It's not designed to be played all day, every day forever.

  9. That issue has been around for a long time. It's because the sentinel is close to the floating camera (which seems to be treated as a physical object) and that if there's any sort of lag or delay between picking up the items and them actually being used, it causes the camera to be pushed forward and clip through your Warframe. I can't count how many times that's caused my death in the middle of a firefight. The other cause being the sentinels randomly jumping in front of my barrel when firing my Ogris.

  10. That's odd. I've never experienced this issue and I've been raining Ogris rockets down on my allies during ODDs.lol They've never died from it though. Maybe this really is a bug or something? I'll probably try it again this evening to see if it happens.

  11. I have a post about this around U14's launch. It's nothing to do with yesterday's network issue. I was told by another member that it could be a problem with U14 itself. I then recalled PC members having a similar problem too. When it happened to me, I went straight to the forums, but then after waiting the 24hrs, I tried it again and it worked fine. Granted, I failed the test anyway. But at least I was able to fail it on my own, rather than because the game didn't want to load it up. So perhaps tomorrow it will work for you like it did me?
