While doing plague star, I joined the mission and midway it showed that I gained rep with Perrin Sequence and lost rep with Steel Merridian. I am pledged with Steel meridian, and I also didn't have any daily standing remaining before I started that mission. I also seemed to earn around double standing for Operational Supplies.
