Sounds pretty epic if you ask me. Shouldn't take too much time scripting such a thing too.
Logic wise, doesn't seem logical for a small, hit and run based force (read: Tenno) to take over a cruiser? Do the Tenno really have the required crewmembers available? Why would they even need a cruiser?

I think it has something to do with the level of your warframe/weapon.

Completely valid and not a bug. The mini-Jackal is a stand-in for the assassination target of an alert. Happens once in a while, just as the other assassination mission can spawn Vay Hek or Sargus Ruk in level 1 form.
But this wasn't an Alert mission, but the actual Fossa mission on Venus.

Corpus, I almost hate with a passion. The Corpus themself aren't really the problem, but the hordes and hordes and hordes of endlessly spawning walkers and the annoying turrets really put me off. I still must admit, the missions are probably a bit more fun if you're in the mood to being challenged and constantly under pressure.
Yeah, the shockwave MOA rushes... *shivers*

Thanks for the tip! I actually just finished farming them (was farming Jackal mission), and it didn't take tooooo long :P Got my lovely HEK now, so need to grind the levels up on that!
Ranking up the HEK is easy as hell, mine is at 9 after 3 lousy missions...
I like farming Alloy at the Jackal mission, as I also need the Rhino blueprints. Yesterday I got lucky and found close to 200 Alloy in 1 run. So yeah completely random drops.
Rubedo, I useally farm them at the defence mission at Earth. But it's kinda hard to solo.

Yea they were either broken or not there last patch. Now they are back, I personaly and super happy about it!! I missed the laser doors, mostly because, now i have a reason to shoot the cameras XD lol
There's always been a reason to shoot the camera's...

i enjoy the burston too. it does great damage and limits your shots - you cant waste bullets by holding down the mouse.
the burston and sniper are the better guns... i still have a vain hope that in the future semi-automatic guns will be able to replace pistols. because i want to have my burston and my sniper rifle.
Or the LEX. Burston + LEX = <3
