  2. too many suck a**ing about the game as usual by the usual touters. warframe has never recovered it's popularity (enthusiasm) or enjoyable feeling since removing coptering and later the void. both systems or updates that replaced them never gotten the same hype. m 2.0,p.2.0 only looked good on paper.

    the TWW and SD quests were DE grasping for straws after a long wait for so little content/lore filled with the usual bugs and glitches. ( a pig is still a pig, even when you put on lipstick and give it a new dress>> POE, Fortuna)

    the only thing that DE has right is their way of micro transactions and that's it. at least nerfing the fun things is always top priority and still alive.

  3. low range is best for silence banshee for melee. if that is what youre going to use her for, then her resonance augment has to be paired up with it. you will have the effectiveness of both abilities, speed aura should be taken into consideration also for evasive agility.

  4. lets make hard mode hard. lets put the pieces in to make it interesting.

    1. after 10 mins activation of one the dragon keys is imposed on the player(s) no one concurrent if solo or same if in a group

    2. rotate those restrictions per player every 10 mins

    3. activate nightmare restrictions spontaneously or every 15 mins and can be triggered if camping a spot too long.

    4.every 25 mins send in the syndicate assasins.

    5. so you've made it to 1 hr, bam level 200+ acolytes or stalker or g3 or any of the planetary bosses amidst all those restrictions happening.

    lets see how veteran you are, how cunning you are to deal with all those eximuses and restrictions like no shield, reduced health, no energy etc. If I was DE I would throw the kitchen sink at ya and turn it up a notch like Emeril Lagasse.

    Saying that the gameplay is similar because you can hypothetically do those things still is however nitpicking. 

    Either you're living in some sort of fairy land, or you haven't played the game in a very long time. What you just listed above, those things that can happen, don't actually happen.

    Besides the past 3 years or so of Warframe? Not sure.

    nothing has changed in the game only rearranged for the same outcome. you used to press 1 button and kill everything then and now what has changed??? absolutely nothing. only that with some frames you now use an additional button or ability to make that 1 button kill ability acceptable in doing what it has always done "kill the enemy"

    POE, Fortuna etc haven't changed the core gameplay>> killing the enemies in the very same ways of the past. adding mining, fishing, and a zoo collection (cats and dogs included) isn't that engaging either. << there's your fairy land.

    new guns and old ones still performs the same way now as they did back then. old guns still feels mediocre (soma, braton) and newer ones still feels op(bramma etc)

    the trailer I posted shows and proves the game hasn't moved or evolved to even that substandard fluent gameplay nor cohesiveness between it's players.

    congrats to you if the game seems or is more than it's very core which is killing hordes of enemies and being a time sink with it's farming.

    nit picking a highlight to say something huh?? let me break it down to baby form for ya.

    1: you can use your gun precisely (aiming for headshots/targets

    2: you can use your power/abilities to cc or kill single  (Ash) or one button (Excalibur)

    3:you can use stealth doing the objective (loki)

    4:you can co-op play (mag +volt) to lock down the enemies

    5: you can stop a boss with your frame (frost freeze) and melee kill (excaliber slash dash)

    objective done but "TOTALLY" controlling the battlefield.

    what did I miss?

  7. pls, watch devstream 1 for the original concepts of what Warframe is and the vision the creators had for it. the main thing was and always is at its core a horde shooter. it has always adapted elements of other game to make it more robust.

    conclave=pvp

    def, hijack and others. surely within the various modes you can find your satisfaction to play the way you want to play. to me the only thing that warframe is missing is a true storied mode for each frame which can be extended with the various schools which would make it feel a whole lot fulfilling to play than what it is now. cant really dig up some of my old ideas from 7 yrs ago to copy paste here for you to see that good ideas were always talked about in the past and not these nonsense we have today.

    these types of fans are the bane of Warframe today= if I cant have it my way or how I think it should be to feed my ego then it isn't good. just read his/her response replying to my post for warframe to be what it has always been and retain what little identity it has. just think of his selfish concept a bit.

  9. this whole thread, all instances and concepts of what the game should and can be (like) = one big bag of nonsense. this game can never be balanced. all this thread reveals is, taking any steps towards balancing would eventually kill the game. that's the easy but hard truth.

    players fantasizing how it could be like in other games is also delusional, because that is also a road this game should have never ventured on hence here we are today.

    this is what I signed up for because it was original and different in many ways than most other games I have played since the 80's

    Where are you seeing people "whine" about their egos in this specific thread?  Warframe is also not competitive game in any capacity in the current format either, and I would not put it down as pure shooter either.

     

    I am not looking for popularity nor do I need your approval and sure as hell really don't care if you agree or not. the old stamina system had its flaw too which was it depleted too fast, moreso when using heavy weapons.

    with your inability to handle t4 where others were doing it easily solo, with any frame they chose, must have really irked you enough for you to admit it today that you got your *** handed to you which could've been you just didn't knew the enemies weakness as you do now. back then players only feared energy leechers.

    whining about the AI, or the nuking abilities is still whining. you came, played and fell in love with the power your frame could do back then and got hooked. I don't need to go any further, but ill leave you this, if the ego cap fits well you know the saying.

  11. when will you all comprehend that warframe (a power fantasy game) can never be "balanced". I have said it time and time again, balancing warframe will cost revenue. DE can only introduce more power to RETAIN the masses. they have seen drops on a massive scale when they changed anything too drastically that ultimately burned their profits. the game is all about making money never about balance.

    2: it was never about a pvp-esque type of game nor DMC, or DS or R6 or COD, it has always meant to be what it said it was "A POWER FANTASY" where a warframe is so powerfull (void energy) when used can destroy a planet or stop time. eg: Nova/ limbo. that is a base description of the warframes identity.

    3: nerfing only detracts from what the game is and has always been about, POWER. lore or whatever you wanna call it, is just a cut scene to introduce another semblance of how that void POWER was or can be used.

    4: weak players always whining and will always whine when their ego gets crushed, it has always been so in any type of shooting or competitive game when the other player/s are more astute than they are.

    5: so here we are, 5 yrs later since DE crumbled to the whiners and went on a nerfing rampage, without end, and still it hasn't solved anything. the whiners are still advocating for nerfs (envy)  when it has always been said whiners incapability.

  12. lol crying over spilled milk, boo effin hoo.  the gaming  community takes no prisoners when critiquing any and everything in the gaming world. they as developers should know that, they've been around long enough and have witnessed what has happened to  studios that fails or upsets the masses. it's a harsh reality check and they cant handle it, but (the irony) they (devs) wants you the players to accept the nerfs, good/bad changes etc as is and adapt or leave.

     the biggest disrespect of all is when a representative of the studio calls its player base "losers" yet feels butthurt when the table is turned.:crylaugh: really now.the customer is always right>> the devs and their proxxies wants the customers $$, even with the criticisms like us they too have to adapt.

This is aimed at the experienced players, the ones who can easily do 3 hrs solo if they choose to. this is something that warframe should've had ages ago, even from the get go. now the rewards (carrot on a stick) is just pure bullocks and strengthens beliefs that DE has nothing left in the tank and grasping for straws now.

     there are many things that they can implement in semi/ ultra hard modes that screams "i'm a badass playa" when one dons it, like a simple syandana, helmet, badges etc. for groups or clans trophies and dojo decos that are similar but different if you go solo, obtainable at time oriented intervals lets say every 30 to 45 mins/rounds. so visitors can see these upon entry of said place.

    for the love brain power, do not make it another arbitration, nightwave or ESO set type of rewards or road map (boring as hell) or any of the open worlds time waiting to play bs.

    it's funny to see DE breaking down and trying to save face now that their future isn't as bright as they would believe, by doing this move.

    next up the return of Excal's PA which will be too late and the last nail in the coffin.

  14. excal weakness is his 3rd ability, DE needs to change it back to a damage oriented ability rather than a stun ability it is now<< there fixed. warriors should be about damage and bringing down the enemies.
