Quick thought about Chroma: It'd be great if his Elemental Ward was recastable along with his Vex Armor. With the change to carry across the buff from Vex Armor, duration becomes more and more staggered between Vex and Elemental Ward as you keep the Vex Armor buff up.

Yup, but they do lose potential profit. They were only exilus adapters though, would have been worse if it were potatos.

In terms of legal reasons, I think DE said it was to do with their contracts with Sony and Microsoft.
It means that cross platform may technically be a possibility if the contracts are able to be re-negotiated, however, as @NightBlitz said, PC gets very frequent updates (due to not having to go through a 3rd party certification process like consoles) which allows the updates to be tested on a large scale and so gives DE an easier time with getting console builds ready.
With this in consideration, I think that cross platform is just not high on the priority list, with it just connecting xbox and playstation or greatly hindering the PC update process (if DE wanted to link all 3 platforms). The potential player interest on cross platform compared to pumping out more content may not be there.

yup, you get 2 independent sets of 75% chance. Overall i think it's about 56% chance to heal for 400 health with 2 sets

Exodia epidemic was insanely strong because it could 1 shot everything from stealth with covert lethality. That's been patched out now, so past that it's a little up in the air as to how useful it is. It sends out a wave that puts enemies in stasis for a short time, just like Rhino's stomp. The caviat to this is to create the wave you need to do a slam after either a double jump or a bullet jump which slows down the time it takes to 'cast' it in an o $#*/ situation. It's fine if the action is more premeditated situation if you see an important target before they start shooting at you so you can bullet jump over and stasis them.
The exodias can be activated from quick melee so you can use them even if you're not a major melee user.
Most of the operator arcanes are not at all worth it from my understanding. There is one that is good depending on your play style: Magus Elevate. At max, whenever you transfer from your warframe to your operator there's a 75% chance to restore 200 health to your warframe. It's worth adding that you can have 2 sets of arcanes on your opeeator and there is no cooldown on magus elevate. Depending on how you play the game, this could either be quite nice or just another useless operator arcane.
Personally I've got my sights on this (although I'm not forcing myself to grind particularly hard for it) so that I can replace lifestrike on all my melee weapons.

Was running sortie 2 which was a corpus survival with a viral elemental enhancement on Pluto when I encountered being sent to the death screen straight away, possibly for no reason, possibly for taking lethal damage, and getting no bleed-out timer even though I was in a full squad of four. I was playing harrow and also had quick thinking equipped which made the sudden deaths even more surprising. This happened to me 2 times and at the end of the mission it showed me with no deaths on the recap but still reduced my bonus xp.

The Obex has unwanted textures floating around the fists when equipped (U 17.1.0).

In hindsight, I should have put this in matchmaking but oh well, just a forum noob here.

Was playing on Augustus (Mars) in a public match and a total of 5 members ended up in the squad.
When this happened the progression of stream decoding froze making the mission incompleteable.

I'd like to join the clan.
Been playing for a while now, clan I was in dissapeared, I'm guessing because almost no one else has been on in over a year.
It will be interesting to play with an active clan again.
Possible Plat Bug

A person bought a Volt Prime set off me and shortly after I got back to my ship messaged me saying that they still had the same amount of platinum as before the transaction.
I checked and had the amount traded to me in my platinum balance. When I messaged them again about reporting the bug they were offline so I've decided to go ahead and make one myself.
Unfortunately I have no certainty in this since I haven't had any further communications with this person and nothing abnormal happened on my end.
