  1. I saw they fixed specters not fireing bows. I eagerly went out the test my suicide bo- uh.. i mean ogris wielding specter, to see what he could do before inevitably blowing him self up. What i found is that he pulsed the trigger as if trying to fire a rifle in bursts which caused the ogriss to do the jamming animation and have the cool down. Out of the entire 2 part mobile defense on cyath he only got off 3 rockets which did just what expected. blew people up. He very frequently reloaded after pulsing the trigger a few times.

     

     

    Side note ive found that specters will always use primary weapons and melee only when a target is in melee range and never ever use secondary weapons. We need a way to tell them to swap weapons or go melee only.

    maybe there should be an option on wich weapon the spectre wil actually prioritize.

    1- rifle= wil never shoot secondary unless out off bullets (unknown if this is possible) - wil only melee when enemy's are allready in melee range. (very close)

    2- secondary= wil never shoot primary unless out off bullets (unknown) - wil only melee when enemy's are allready in melee range. (very close)

    3- melee= wil actually favor melee and wil close in if the path to get to the target doesnt exceed a certain distance - beyond this distance or in case acrobatics are needed to reach the target it wil use primary ,or secondary if out of bullets (never)

  2. pfff i sure hope i get something to make this up to me. i been waiting for days now without any real statement or reaction from DE about this bug. i want to encourage anybody that has this bug to leave a msg here and bump this thread so DE understands its not just 5 poeple with this problem, cause any time i look in this thread i see multiple people reading it, but noone actually leaving a msg.

  3. play the nighmare survival mode.

    reach the 10 min marker and exit.

    solo or teamplay.

     

    -high end players only

    -dont be scared of losing

    -test your self/team and try to set the target time higher

     

    i been playing this alone and cant get to the 10min and exit. whenever i try recruiting for this ingame, i can find 1 tenno willing to give it a go at best. so now il just put it on the forum to try and get some people into this.

    im challenging anyone to give it a shot and see if they can handly it. (im certain its very possible in teamformat)

    and feel free to pm me if your looking for a player to join your squad with this challange, because im tired rushing 45mins and 1shotting everything before things get challanging.

     

    ïf you havnt failed a single mission for weeks now and things seem to get borring, this is the gamemode for you.

  4. That's not Foundry related, it's just the crappy Warframe servers. Same goes for leaving the arsenal,

    claiming extractor ressources, joining missions... Though most noticeable in the foundry.

     

    For me it seems to be a lot worse after the server/stability fixes while the DDOS was running some time ago.

    warframe servers? or your own crappy internet connection. we ALL seen this and it only happens so often. nothing really persistant unless your downloading on the background,

  5. if you got the right melee stance you can actually get out, i think valky can also get out. i had this bug and somehow the 2 guys i was with managed to overcome the waterslide and got to the exit. 1 min later i we completed the mission.  thx guys

  6. ow and to add to the last post,  WE all seen the 500 kills - 500 melee kills bug when you know you never even killed more then 20 with melee. and sometimes showing 0 melee kills when you actually killed a whole bunch with melee since it was the subobjective durring the mission. but this has been the case as long as i played this game. (U12)

  7. I may be wrong about this but my friends and i figured that if you can't build the specter its because you don't have enough blueprints to build it.

    I think that is what the multiplier next to the specter means, that is the number of required blueprints, but i could be wrong.

    thats the number of spectres you get after you build it, as far as i can tel from lobby talks. since i cant actually test this myself. duhh

  8. I feel like these arguments are not primarily based in "Spectres using the Conclave system is stupid", but are primarily based in "The conclave system is broken and stupid". Especially since the system was created to judge your skill against other Tenno, not enemy factions...

     

    If we got Conclave 2.0 with better point tweaks, I'd say that a lot of people would be alright with the Spectres.

    finaly some brains appeared.

  9. Look it will never make sense. Most of us run optimized builds for what we do. Basing this solely on the mods we run and their rank is just plain silly. So many of us run low conclave point and non maxed mods because it is simply better then some of the useless high point mods or maxing them out. This system is literally silly. No one going to constantly switch to their 6 formed full corrupted gear just for this. IF they do not change something this will likely become a game element no one cares about or uses inside of a month.

    this sounds more like a GOOD reason to use conclave for this. i think i like this system. either you put in the effort to get the strongest spectre, or you wil just have to settle for less. i see no problem in this conclave requirement except that DE might want to check all the conclave values of each item.

  10. i can however move when having this bug. since its possible to melee attack, i was able to stil move trough the map with my obex (max ias/grimfury) cause with each punch it makes a step forward. it also allows you to turn since it attacks in the direction your aiming at. its hardly a solution, but its a funn fact and might be usefull to some of you in some scenarios. but fixing this should be a high priority since this bug is even worse then falling trough the map.

  11. i use ogris as my main weapon of chooise, and this has been something that constantly happened. as i have seen allot of situations where this happens i can give you my tought on what could possibly be causing this. i think its the enemy troops shooting the rocket out of the air while your squadmembers are within the blastradious. at wich point it wont give the friendlyfire protection any more. cause no matter what you do if there is no enemy nearby this effect is impossible to duplicate.

  12. nope no neurodes, i been at it for a while, also looking up the best spots, but i found out that even tough i find them they just dont get picked up propperly nor rewarded at the end of the mission.

  13. so i needed some neurodes today and i have been farming my a$$ off, after about 2 hours of finding no neurodes i was getting quite frustrated and started to open any crate box etc. withing 5 mins i had a box throwing out a neurode. so i picked it up and to my wonder it didnt show on the pickup msg. right after i found another one, but again no pickup msg. i continued to complete the mission and to my supprise. no neurodes rewarded.  OMG i been busy picking up neurodes for 2 hours just to find them bugged and not getting them rewarded? of course i retried because it could be just a 1 time bug or wotever. but no, when i payed attention to it i found neurodes plenty it just didnt give a pickup msg or reward them.

     

    OW CMON.

  14. So many people blaming DE for the whole incident.

    If DDOS was something you could easily stop from happening, it wouldn't be a problem. Yes A DOS attack on the other hand can be stopped at an instant, but we're talking about multiple bots attacking this game (and apparently other games as well).

    The only way to stop it is to find the culprit.

    If you read up though, you might come across that attacks of this scale aren't executed by your regular script-kiddie, so this might take some time.

     

    I agree on one point though: Take login services offline and focus on the issue at hand.

    i cant really agree with this, altough i think this isnt all to blaim on DE i stil think its naive to not have any features implemented to prefent this in this day of age. i dont think a input limiter would have been to great of an innovation. but it could be that they allready have and it was bypassed or simply failed, but altough this doesnt completely disarm a ddos attack it at least prefents anyone from seeing the obvious results of their efforts, wich make it more tempting to persist attacks. i sure hope this made a safefail the priority for their next update.
