well, maybe because prisma doesnt have an base syndicate effect and is S#&$e evenb with augment ?

em, tigris is more of a high tier weapon :P
and vay hek cannot use augment, and its crit weapon unlike normal hek, its fine with me :P

for me the decision is simple. If it's compatible with scattering justice it's good. If not it's nowhere near it's worth in standing.
25 crit chance and x2.0 crit damage is nowhere near as usefull as 200% multi-shot especially when that's not even taking hell's chamber into account.
not to mention that there's alot of other grineer weapons they could do other than one they already made a mod for.
it cannot use the augmentm but 25% crit and 2x crit DMG is just as usefull, just mod it right
vay hek and hek are 2 different weapons :P

this post made me lol.
1st. off all, both are good weapons, vay hek is a crit weapon, while normal hek has 'pure' DMG
2nd. off all, hek + augment is cheaper than vay hek+maxed primed ravage, what makes the normal hek better fo rthe lower tier players.
3rd. after using both, they feel like 2 completly different weapons, and thats good

interestign idea, but passives 1 and 3 are kinda stupid imo, especially 3, if the difference in 1st one would be smaller it would be better

Didnt we get specials here as well? Excalibur Prime? I was under the impression that Umbra Excalibur Prime is that equivalent for China's early adopters.

Will Rhino's new skin also affect iron skin's visuals in some way ? Because I don't want to buy the skin and its pack which will probably be for 235p like excal's prisma bundle then find out that iron skin covers that great skin.
If someone sees this please vote it up if you think iron skin should get a visual rework.
just like the Rhino Prime version, it shall look differently, and besides, you can always use redirection, steel fiber and vitality to keep those looks and tankiness
So basically, China gets an Extrawurst (special treatment), more or less. Just because they are China.
Even if we get a identical Excal Umbra, it's still stupid that they get exclusives.
It's bad enough that console players didn't get the chance to obtain Excal Prime. Or any mentionable exclusives other than a few neat skins.
thats how their market works tough, besides rice and communism, chinese love exclusives, but dont worry, we shall get most of the stuff they will get, but later, its called ; Time-Exlusivity

who cares if it deals little dmg, when every shot has a 70% chance to reduce enemy HP by 50%....

And I am dissapointed with poeple like you.
we get 6 new weapons, 5 of which are good for high level missions, and they all look great
yet you poeple complain about "vay hek being useless without augment' or 'telos boltor is worse than boltor prime'or even that Tigris got pure DMG buff..
