It's already out for consoles, just consoles don't have that relics & arcades section yet in codex

Consoles get Prime Access the same day PC does, usually. I'm looking at the Market right now debating to buy the accessories or not.

Welp my bad then, had no idea they released it for all platforms and btw the codex is useless: if you don`t have at least 1 each of the new relics they don`t appear in the codex.

The codex is near the front of your Liset. If you're looking at the Star Chart it is to your left. If you click the Syndicate Console, look left again and you should see the Codex.

Weren`t the consoles a few updates behind the PC build ? correct me if i`m wrong but you won`t be seeing necros for a while.

  3. This is all i could find so far:

Nekros bp axi n3  thanks to DeadEyedChicken

    Necros Chassis -Lith N1

    Necros Neuroptics -Meso F1

    Necros Systems -Neo N3

    Tigris Stock -Meso S1

    Tigris Bp -Axi T1

    Galatine Blade -Meso S2

Galatine Blade /Tigris Receiver -Neo V3

To those wondering where i found out...just bought relic packs from the syndicates until i exhausted all my standing with them.

And one more thing...unless you own a said relic you won`t see it in the codex thus no idea where to farm for it - don`t know if it`s intentional or a bug.

scratch that, was a UI bug on my side, now i see the ones that i don`t have as grayed out at the bottom.

relic drop locations ( where you can find the relics ):

  4. The way i use my Saryn is with a somewhat balanced build-max range, some duration and decent power (depends if you have Trin too). For duration well it depends on how much you want your clone to last. I usually have 224 pwr str, 250 range, 75 efficiency and 128 duration with that molt lasts a decent 50 sec giving me enough time to spam 1 on it and shoot mutalist cernos at it`s feet. Others will have different builds, test and see what fits you best.

Having this problem in the corpus sabotage mission(the one extracting the coolant cell). I think this problem only appears in the mission which enemy is limited or you rush the mission too fast. And it seems the fissure will stop spawning once you clear all the enemies and completed the objective?

Yup kind of that, rushing tends to screw things up and going on public mode...well you`re in for a rage dose.

what??? telling the warframe community to slow down instead of rushing??? BLASPHEMER!!!!! how dare you!!!

      Hide contents

just kidding...i go slow myself, but seriously the pugs i've joined up with seems as if they just want to race and see who can get to extraction first

That`s exactly the problem with exterminate runs, people go with aoe and kill the mobs fast and you get dropped in the middle of the mission with not enough reactant to pick up. I can`t blame people for wanting to get the most out of their time but the system as it is now tends to screw players that join the mission in progress or at least that`s how it is for me.

  7. 12 minutes ago, Govictory said:

just run them solo, if you pug relics and the squad host has a trashy connection or you have a bad connection with them not every reactant can be obtainable on your screen but be visable on theirs

so for the time being it is best to solo them and besides they are easy if you know what you are doing *eyes axi spy missions with glee*

Just did the T1 ext run solo with ember and ignis (went full aoe) and got 15 reactant drops out of 124 total mobs, the mobs are invulnerable when they get corrupted btw. So yeah for now solo is the way to go for me at least. As a side note i`m running on a gigabit internet connection.

update:another ext run 13 reactant out of 67 mobs - if you join a public match with those numbers and you missed the first 4 reactant drops you`re basically screwed.

  8. 6 minutes ago, secret9005 said:

Well my problem is not with having too little reactants, its some of those players I come across in pugs. They rarely consider if everyone has collected enough, if 2 players decided "ah I have 10 already I'm gonna wait at extraction" the timers starts to tick. Now I'm left to panic trying to run back to the reactants I missed just to get enough for a reward.

Other than that it's easier than the old one where reactants are RNG based, meaning running solo would punish you since there are smaller amount of enemies. You just have to kill x corrupted enemies for a reactant to drop.

So far i`ve gotten in squads with people that waited for me to search the map, and i usually do the same thing - ask if they have all 10. As far as i see it this system still has a lot to be worked upon. The only way i can do t1 exterminate is to do them solo or with a prebuilt squad.

  9. 8 minutes ago, Tsukinoki said:

    I see two possibilities here:
    1) You are just missing the reactant.
Which depending on the tileset and graphics settings they can blend in sometimes really well and you have to walk directly over them to pick them up...they really need a small area around them that counts as a 'pickup zone'.

    2) Are you killing the enemies before they become corrupted?
Because if you're rushing through with massive AoE weapons and abilities and not giving time for enemies to become corrupted that might be the cause.  Only reason I say this is that in non-exterminate missions the reactent wont drop from normal enemies and I am sometimes left waiting for the rift to corrupt or spit out more enemies, but this is fairly rare and I've only had to slow down once or twice in a sabotage mission where I was wiping everything with an Ash and Ogris combo.

Regardless though, you should really ask the other players in the group if they got 10 reactant, because if they did then its on you for missing some of it.

And really I've found the reactant drops at crazy high rates leaving me with a few dozen left over in a 80ish enemy count exterminate mission.

Problem only happens when i join a exterminate and the people already killed 10-30% of mobs, other players that were already inside got all the reactant but even if i searched the map 3 times in every corner i still couldn`t find the 10th one.

  10. So i`ve done several fissure runs on public and more than half of the times - especially in exterminate - i cannot find 10 reactant (rechecked the whole map 3 times) just 2 mins ago i was at 9/10 and had to extract...DE please do something about it as i doubt i`m the only one in this situation.

ps. sorry if it`s in the wrong forum section.

Here's a little news flash: MR never did mean much.

MR is a rather transparent mechanism for game Dev to encourage players to buy or craft as much junk as possible and rank it up once.  Keep in mind, you don't have to USE the stuff... even if you don't Draco, you can use two good weapons, equip one weapon at level 0, play as usual, rank up the third weapon, never using it, and then toss it when it gets to level 30.

Not that players buying/crafting stuff and leveling it up once is a bad idea, it just has nothing to do with mastery of anything.

MR has nothing to do with skill.  I've played with MR21 who were hopeless, and MR3 and MR4 who blew me completely away with their skills.

putting up grind walls to get to high level content is a BAD idea... it prevents players who have 3 or 4 good frames that they REALLY master and a half dozen superior weapons from getting to that content.

allow players to access all content and let them decide for themselves what they enjoy playing.

That`s the problem, people skip the content altogether, they max stuff without even using it then do void all day. The amount on people that actually do regular missions is incredibly small compared to this game`s player-base. I get it ..the rewards from normal missions are truly appalling, farming void is more "rewarding" and i don`t blame people doing void all day, i used to do that too. My point is that the way it is now the game is broken.

Just how many players know that you can cancel simulor`s vortex with the middle mouse button? Some don`t even know the difference between nova fast and slow (maybe if they had actually used the frame they would of eventually figure it out).

The way you`re putting it is like "give a MR2 player rhino prime, boltor prime and scindo prime and taxi him to ceres/eris/etc".

Are there games in what let`s say gear ranges from lv 1 to 30 that let you beat a lv 30 boss with lv 3-4 gear ? Can you skip to lv 30 gear without lv-ling up you character first ?

Although i don`t approve about keeping content locked for players, in this case it is honestly waaaaay to open. Thank god syndicate primaries are mr12 and above...imagine a mr2 with a telos boltor or a simulor, some limits must be imposed, content is being way too trivialized. In what game can a player that just activated his account can go to the highest levels in that game instantly ?

Hopefully with the new star map some things will change and "taxi" will be a part of the past but i doubt it. As it stands now you can get almost any non prime frame only by having someone to take you to the assassination missions, you don have to do a single other mission on that planet. Same goes for primes, even easier: you can buy most primes at MR 2.

Things really need to change probably more than 70% of this game`s content isn`t played, you complained that mr21 were hopeless, of course they were, they were handed all the content freely and they didn`t bother actually playing the game while the mr3-4 players actually played content and knew what they had to do, i stayed at mr12 for about a year just because i didn`t see any point in going higher, i actually played with the frames (mag) and boy was the ragdoll effect funny when grineer were flying across the map. At that time i had about 75-80% of the nodes unlocked.

Baseline this game really needs a rework in the way that affinity is gained and what "Mastery Ranks" (and not "Fooder Ranks" as they are now) should be.

I'll concede and say that our perspectives differ.

I don't view tradeframing as a chore or a job, it's an incentive to keep me playing, it's a grind I enjoy.

As long as it floats your boat I won`t argue with you, there`s nothing to argue about.

The thing that annoys me is that MR is trivialized both in the methods used to get to a high level and in the rewards for getting there. MR -as far as i see it at least- should reflect your skill and knowledge in this game (considering you are supposed to actually use the frames /weps ) and be rewarded for that (what rewards that`s up to DE`s imagination - i`d say give a syandana once you reach every 10 Mr levels or something more functional in-game i don`t know ).

Currently high MR means nothing, if more trades pleases you and a part of the players - i have no problem with that (after all why not get all the things the game has to offer) but not all players do what you do.

When was the last time you did a survival on appolodorus "just for the fun of it" ? Sooner or later you`ll understand what i`m saying now, you`ll reach that point eventually.  After almost 2 years playing this game daily grinding has burned me out - i`m satisfied with the result but burned out.

The game could be improved massively by letting players inspect each others gear.  I know the complaint against that, but we already have it in the form of 'LoR MR19+'.  At least with a proper inspect they could see that people have a decent mod loadout/formas, and haven't got their MR from being carried at Draco.

It would also give people a better idea of how to mod their weapons, by letting them see what another player used to get 80% damage done in a mission.

This...a million times this...like i said i know mr21 players that had no idea what a slow nova was but still wanted to join the squad...

DE is still far from finishing the game, they will work the Mastery ranks up to 30, the current cap being at 21 (22?) and the highest MR weapon at 12, so there are still more 18 Mastery Ranks ahead that DE will fill the gaps in with higher tier and stronger weapons. Remember Warframe is only 7 giga in an era where games easily exceed the 40 giga mark.

Well my wf folder is 17gb, and size is kind of irrelevant considering this game uses tilesets that repeat giving you the illusion that the game`s world is big while actually repeating the same textures thus the small size of the game

Well in my opinion Warframe doesn't fall under MMO standards where your power/skill can be speculated by your level, you can play for thousands of hours, have great mods and still be using that braton and skana. In the current state, MR simply shows the time invested in the different chopping and pummeling methods offered.

It's not a sensible choice to lock content, as you've said, under an additional grind-wall (MR) that is currently mostly optional.

IF and only "if" people have actually used and maxed the gear they used to get to higher MR  by doing actual kills with those weps/frames then yeah, higher MR would mean you know what the hell you are doing in this game.

The problem is when you see mr 7 players on Draco... i know people that maxed 30-ish weapons on draco in a day and not fired a single shot with them. Higher MR doesn`t mean anything, honestly taking a low lv player to Draco is the worst mistake you can make, you`re ruining the whole game`s idea. There are high MR players that don`t even have all the nodes unlocked, just void and Draco...And yeah i use braton prime and prisma skana :P

As a side note i`ve even seen a MR0 player join a public run i did on Draco so yeah...you get the point.
