  1. Can I just say that I'm tired of how un-engaging and disconnected this text-based lore is? Audio recordings would be better, cinematic sequences best of all... I hate how little time the devs invest on this... as you say, any member of the community could match their "story" in about 30 minutes in Microsoft Word.

And rather than just shake my head disapprovingly, I'm proposing a solution.

  2. we have the simaris scans so far.

The point of 'lore  nuggets' are to give people reasons to play the star chart to seek out lore. Simaris only encourages replaying the same mission over and over in order to scan one target. The mission itself is inconsequential and the lore pertains to only one unit of which we have many.

  3. After finishing many games, the thing to do to get the most out of it is to go back and look through each and every level for the hidden nuggets of lore hidden in each in the form of books, audio logs, letters, videos and such. Warframe has none of that.

Hold a competition where players can create their own 'Lore nuggets' that we can have strewn across the start chart so missions aren't so generic. Also, it seems like theres some big aversion to expanding lore so how about you just let the players do it. I'd make like, 100 entries to this contest. Fudge it, I'd do it for free. No reward or anything, and I'm sure many other players would as well. I'd simply love to take my time in a level in order to find out more information about the particular ship or outpost I'm currently cleansing.

  4. So i came back online after a few weeks, bought some new stuff, like these weapons that need multiple others, each with crafting costs etc etc and i had to stock up on Kubrow dna stabilizers.

The last 5 days iv LOST 2 MILLION CREDITS. Still dont see a good way to get any of it back.

Aaaaand im quittin again. See you in a few more months to see if they finally acknowledge the economy, especially CREDIT crisis.

Well you see, you gotta actually play to get credits. Many people have over 10,000,000 credits. Myself included. You just have to play the game. Takes just a little bit of work.

  5. For players who've purchased everything that Baro Ki'Teer has offered in the past and who have 'Jolt' by other means, the past TWELVE weeks have offered nothing in terms of new content to work on,

It's super nice that you're cycling the older items for players who've missed them or who don't play that often but doing this is forgetting the veteran player.

There is little for a veteran player to do other than running the same mission types over and over. Warframe has always had a problem with being repetitive and not actually going anywhere. Baro Ki'Teer offered hope for variety in builds and something to work towards every two weeks when he was released. Maybe that was too much. Maybe 4 weeks. Maybe 6. But TWELVE? That's three months.

    TWELVE

What's going to happen after we finally do get new items? Will we have to wait another TWELVE weeks between spurts of items? At least if we knew how long it would be. It's not unreasonable to expect him to have some sort of schedule. Repeats every rotation with a cosmetic. Every 3 rotations a new mod, every 6 rotations a new weapons. SOMETHING.

I absolutely hate this stupid, stupid, hope crushing system. Every two weeks. Every other week large numbers of players getting upset at a system.

  6. The switch times between primary and secondary weapons has often been considered to be too long and I have personally held the belief that faster switch times would encourage interesting synergies in builds. Instead of adding yet another weapon for quick fire, I was thinking of a different idea.

What if switch to secondary was just drastically reduced?

The switch back to primary would remain the same, but one quick tap to the 'F' button would immediately allow you to use your secondary weapon rather than having to wait. *Not a quick fire. A quick switch.

  7. There was a bug that allowed the void trader syandana to be purchased on the market. It has been patched.

The void trader is bringing another prisma syandana this week. Do not be excited. You know now in advance so just recognize that this is week#12 of the Baro Ki'Tears bringing no new content to work on.

I hope that knowing this now will prevent some heartbreak at least.

Here's hoping for new content in week#14.
