Same exact thing happened to me just now. Beat the snake archon and it took me to the mission after Natah was screaming “more” where you’re on the Zariman and when prompted to and as soon as you speak to the two kids on the floor it kinda froze up. I can still look around with the light and the kids are all still whining but I can’t move around, talk to anyone, or open any kind of menu. Seems the only fix is to tab out (I’m on PC, menu then close for consoles I assume) to totally close the game and relaunch
