Zendesk page doesn't work, so, i can only buy platinum maybe

I entered the game and saw a window that my account was frozen due to a negative balance, but I did not buy illegal platinum or anything else, the last trade took place through the trade chat or among clan members. Could it be that one of those who bought from me had illegal platinum themselves? Please sort this out and return my account if possible, because this is unfair.
