Создать можешь без проблем, часть знакомых так не один год играет (в семье один компьютер игровой просто, игроков двое, у каждого свой акк), никогда никаких проблем не было.
Единственное что, пользоваться лазейкой в виде "у меня на одном акке упала скидка на платину, куплю и передам ее на второй" не советуют, вот там могут проблемы возникнуть вроде как.

That's the build that works best for me. Egoistic, though. Actually melee-based (Galatine is your best choice here). 4 to stun big groups of enemies, 1 - if there are just few ot them, 2 to get 10,5 seconds of godspeed and smash them all (and that's why I use vitality - to stay alive this way, when enemies are Sortie-level)/ That amount of energy let's you to pik up the shield freely (but honestly I don't - it slows me down, I don't like it).

Nvidia GeForce GTX 750Ti, older i5 processor, framerate on Earth never got lower than 50-60 FPS on high graphics, either you're doing something wrong or you got a hardware problem in some other place, RAM maybe? or maybe it's drivers or else?

You're not blind, it REALLY IS untradeable for now, I'm not sure is it intended or a bug, since DE never left a comment about this issue. It is also non-linkeable in chat. Maybe they'll fix it a bit later, who knows.
Personally I didn't want to wait so I spent some days to level-up my Red Veil's reputation from the very bottom and got it, just have to get back to Hexis and Suda again now x)

The same =( I can scan regular enemies with the scanner and it counts as Simaris rep for me, but the scanner does not work on dots which I need to scan on a target.

Liset skins still don't equip, when I try to put them on, it's always "no skin" (I bought them for sure and earlier they worked). My friend have the same issue.
