Sent in a request for assistance with the DE support team and received a reply back with a possible solution for others. If you haven't done it already, try relinking your account on a different browser (maybe one you haven't used in a while). If this doesn't help, try clearing your cache/cookies and relinking the websites. It worked for me when originally the Warframe website was giving me the account error "could not find, try again later" and now is working properly. Checked Warframe and received the rewards I was missing. Hopefully this helps someone like it did me.

I have the same issue which is making it difficult to unlink and relink my account like some individuals are suggesting. It is likely due to the high influx of people trying to get onto the website to link their account after tennocon. Certainly doesn't help that twitch is acting like my account was disconnected from warframe's account, but this could just be a part of the errors. Personally still waiting on both the gotva prime and gara prime to arrive but we will see. May be a issue to come back to later in the week. Hopefully DE is aware of the issue and is working on it.
