I watched this entire video and I still don't see where Bungie is involved in all this.
All I see is this scare tactic where you compare DE to the big-bad Bungie to try and prove your point which again, was never relevant to begin with.
When needing to watch a video, it's helpful to actually try and understand what is being said. Being more open minded means you're less likely to miss details.
I even marked the part where Jim brought up the Bungie attitude point earlier where he, himself, explained on what he means with that.

What exactly is the "Bungie attitude"?
The mindset where they try to make their product successful (and by successful I mean net them a good profit)?
In that case, every company that isn't a charity probably has this "Bungie attitude".
Face facts. In life, not everything works out the way you want it.
Not getting some video game cosmetics is probably the least of your worries.
This post really shows that you have no idea what the whole topic is about.
Watch the entire video before assuming that you know exactly what is being said.

To even come close to comparing DE to Bungie is an insult to only your own intelligence.
Context would perhaps have been best with this thread's title as I see posts like this as evidence in people jumping the gun with what it means.
In the video, Jim urged DE to not have this "Bungie Attitude" in that they just listen to the feedback and do nothing about it.
To tell DE to not have a "Bungie Attitude" is not comparing them entirely with how Bungie is. It's trying to point at a single trait seen with Bungie in regards to feedback.
I would recommend that you watch the entire video and take things in fully before getting yourself angered, over what you think you're seeing, instead.
I marked the area that would be his ending remarks in relation to this choice of title for the thread.

Yall are still on this? The accessories are exclusives. Either you paid $50 at the time of PA for accessories ONLY (plus boosters, but that's not what you all are complaining about), or you pay $40 during Vaults and get plat and the whole Prime Access shebang... What I'm hearing is "I don't want discounted accessories if it comes with stuff I don't want, I should get an even BIGGER discount."
People aren't asking for discounts for the accessories when they say that they want the option to purchase just the accessories.
What they're asking for is for their money to not be wasted on things they already own so that they feel much better with the idea of giving DE their money.

Didn't get it this morning, but I'll be checking later today just in case it turns up.

The Harrow buffs are great and all except...
Why is Thurible still such an anti-support ability? His teammates should be able to be receiving support from Harrow by defeating enemies within his range (Or possibly also by those affected by Condemn outside his usual radius which is rather small).
-
Harrow will never be a support frame so long as he needs to compete for kills for everyone to benefit from it.
Too often have I, eventually, drained over 250 energy into a Thurible only for no payoff because of my team getting all of the kills (And then run into an elevator or two).
His first ability needs to be spammed a bit more due to the narrow AoE it has. Could use small tweaks to the width of it.
Second ability sacrifices all shields while rooting you in place... for a small fire rate/reload buff... that only applies to yourself. The lifesteal only applies to Harrow's damage which could be a team-wide effect at a reasonable level considering how much he pays just to get this skill going.
Third one has a relatively small area of effect for allies to be near Harrow to benefit, and Harrow needs to be the one making the kills. Again, not a very support oriented role if he needs to compete against his team just for any payoff or reward.
Never had too much to complain about his fourth ability with perhaps some tweaks to the cast time. Going to try natural talent on it to see how that goes, but it's not a big deal compared to the other parts of his kit that could use some loving.

Based on what I can see, the Host Disconnection issue is still at large for me. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that others are still having the same issue also.
The event would have been all fun and sorts, but this is probably the one thing that pretty much killed it for me and others.
Addressing the problem is better than nothing.
If you have addressed it before, make sure you keep doing that. Game breaking bugs are not to be ignored.

Need I say anything about this, or have you not noticed the large amounts of complaints on the matchmaking yet?

I'm still having this problem. Took me by surprise at first, but now it's nothing short of irritating. I've died many times just trying to finish the bounties, and there's still much more for me to do. The only way I can play with other people is to try and host a public game, but that is only if it doesn't try to instantly send me to a squad to join (Which only ends up wasting my time as I'm going to load in, get disconnected, and then load back into the liset).

Sargas Ruk has been the Grineer's treasure hunter/excavation person on the job. I wouldn't be surprised if all of these keys came from his hobby.

These are some pretty neat ideas.
A few others could be like:
- Injury Recovery: Slow health regeneration for your Kubrow's wounds
- Infected Wounds: Your Kubrow's damage to your enemies leave their wounds open to poison/viral damage.
-
That's a pretty neat idea right there. Finding the key and looking around for the locked prize causes a good amount of suspense like how the Orokin Vaults do.
I'd make the drop rate higher than the Feral Kubrows though since this will take longer than killing some of them.
-
That's not a bad idea. I can see that this will save much loading time for people who want to rerun a single node multiple times.
-
I'd give them more time to finish hammering out all of the bugs that came from U14 before expecting some balancing patches come out.
If they come out earlier, great, but I think that the current bugs are of higher priority to DE than this as of now.

The video reminded me of Mirror's Edge a bit, and the idea behind first person in this game is quite interesting.
On the flip note, I don't see this being implemented in the game for a long time to never, but it would be pretty cool to have this on the player ships.
Hard and almost not likely to happen, but very interesting to think of.
-
If I remember right, when your Kubrow dies during a mission, the loyalty does take a hit.

Until the update comes out, please enjoy this floating burger with eyes, smiling, gently floating right to left across the screen.
I'm enjoying it very much. Does it come with Nano S'mores?

I'm glad that I could help you squash the little bug.
I tried reading the post, but I kept vomitting uncontrollably because of the avatar and the comments afterwards.
Need a glass of water? That should help your stomach.

This is brilliant
That it was.

So just toss a few of these on a dead body and activate them when the person revives? I think the Stalker should take note on this.

That makes sense, and thanks for the constructive responses.
I just now noticed it so I just had to ask to make sure it was working as it should.

I have a small question concerning the shield and health mods that are in Warframe, and it will be concerning how much they affect the total shield and health amounts.
Here is my level 9 Nyx with no health/shield mods on:
There is an even amount of 160 and 160 for my health and shields. Now I will add my health/shield mod, Vigor, that is to boost both of the shield and health totals by 100%
Without really needing to do any math to figure out what I'd get, it'd be safe to presume that I am to be getting 320 as my amount for shield and health after installing this mod... but it doesn't.
It's only doubling the starter values of a level one Nyx rather than on top of what my base values actually are. My question to ask is "Why is this only affecting a value that is higher than what it thinks it is?".
If it's not meant to be this way, then this will need to get looked at after U14 (as that will be when they have free time to do balancing and fixing). If it's supposed to be this way, then I must ask "Why?". Warframes get small boosts the higher level they go, but I don't see why it shouldn't be ignored by the mods that are supposed to be dependent on the base values of the health and shield stats.
UPDATE!! We Are Getting Accessories Only For Unvaulted Packs Starting This Pack. THANK YOU [DE]!

I'm not making any of that sort of claim. Never have I ever said that DE owes us this change. What I am speaking for is that it is something that I see as beneficial for everyone.
The people who very much do want these accessories separate want to give DE their money without feeling like it's mostly wasted on stuff they already own.
I've seen various methods of how it can go, but the general point shared would be for the accessories to be able to be purchased with money by themselves or without overlap.
DE can provide a service, or they can provide a service that has more customers happy with giving their money for. It would be a win/win situation for everyone.
