I've noticed that Rotorswell's duration does not always get increased when using Gyre's new augment. This is corroborated by other players I've talked to as well as by certain content creators (e.g. Aznvasions in his video here @00:38 if the timestamp doesn't work) My best guess is that recasting Rotorswell while it's already active causes this bug to occur. It's not gamebreaking, but it can be annoying if your base duration is low.
