No, I didn't merge any account until now. I don't know how I make this happen and how to fix it........

I can't bring out the chat screen after entering the game, pressing Enter can't bring out the chat interface. And I don't hear any tones when people send me message. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it was still the same. Please tell me how to fix this bug.
