  1. If you're looking for a decent F2P mobile game and you have the space for it, try Need For Speed: No Limits. The file size is almost 1Gb. Yes, there is a premium in-game currency(Gold), that works like Platinum in Warframe, but it is not needed to play or beat the game. You even earn Gold as you go along.

Also, it is an official Electronic Arts game.

  2. I'm pretty fairly comfortable getting under the hood of a PC, but the thought of taking the heat sink off of that card is a little daunting. The heat sink and fans are held in place by 4 screws under spring tension and I really don't want to wreck anything. That's why I didn't replace the goop on the gpu.

I've got 4 120mm fans running flat out all the time. So, a little extra noise isn't going to bother me one bit. I guess I'll reinstall Asus GPU Tweak and see what it can do. Thanks for the help.

  3. Greetings fellow Tenno.

I am hoping that someone out there can help me with this little problem. I have an Asus GeForce GTX650Ti OC with 2 Gb of GDDR5. It runs everything I play just fine, but recently it has been running hot. I have been seeing temperatures approaching 65C,at which point I will shut down the game I'm playing and let it cool, even though the threshold temperature is 105C. I have not made any changes to my system that would increase the strain on the card and I keep it free of dust. I just cleaned it out this morning and put some fresh thermal paste on my CPU.

When I bought the card I was able to run any of my games all day and I never saw the temperature get above 50C. Lately, I can't seem to run any game for more than 10 minutes before it gets to 65C again. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: My rig is air cooled and all of the fans are working just fine.

  4. I have seen this happen. It was a very long time ago, though. It was the usual lights flickering and such, but the Stalker's target left the mission before he spawned. The rest of the team went something like 50 waves. It was kind of a challenge to keep an eye on the little bugger, though.

  5. M.O.V.E. Motionless Operators Ventilate Easily. It sounds like you haven't been using cover or parkour to evade the enemy. The best way to stay alive is to not get shot. It really doesn't matter what frame you have if you think you can stand still and just soak up the damage. Iron Skin will not protect you in higher levels...

I have run through Sedna with a MK1-Paris, solo. Good mods like Serration(You've got that one, right?) and an elemental build that matches the faction you are facing can make the difference between success and failure. Since you're running Boltor against Corpus, try Magnetic and Toxin on it. Even if it doesn't proc, the damage bonus makes the killing easier.

  6. then the amount of afking during public groups would sky rocket... cause then what would be the point doing the mission in the first place if you can just afk and you will get it eventually while you dont have to put any more in...

im sorry, but this feedback wont due in any sense or manner.

majority of rushers can do missions super fast without needing a group. but there are still those that wish to go public.

but still if there are new players as well. id recommend them doing it with someone else privately for the best method of completion at your own pace. that way this thread would not be a thing!

no matter how anyone puts it. there will always be underlying problems with public groups because everyone plays at a different pace.. and usually you will find out if you have others that are like you, or not like you!

you're either the majority or the minority.. or in some cases the group is equal with 2 rushers and 2 slow pokes :)

I think what the OP is saying is that his friend was not AFK, they just got lost because of a glitchy mission marker. What he's asking for is that if someone is participating or at least trying to complete the mission, that person should not be penalized for an error in the game code. The AFK penalty would still be in place, so if someone jumps into a mission and then walks away to get another Mountain Dew, they get zapped. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)

  7. Way back when you could get any Prime part from any Void mission, I had collected all of the parts for Paris Prime in one run(Survival, I think) and after extracting, my internet crashed during the loading screen. It took me over 6 months to get all of the parts back.

I spent over 800 hours playing and I had never once seen Split Chamber. I finally broke down and bought it from a clan mate. The very next mission, the G3 spawned and dropped Split Chamber and 2 Brakk parts.

  8. I don't know about you guys, but I think the Wraith Vipers are in a pretty good spot. I don't use them for an entire mission or as a main weapon. I use them to take care of Heavy units. I run a max fire rate setup on mine that makes them perform like a shotgun. Even 20 minutes into a T3S, I still don't need to empty my magazines to kill Nullifiers. It's also worth mentioning that I only have 2 Forma on mine.

  9. Doesn't even need to be an "auction"

Could just be a board where you sell what you want at a specific price and whoever wants to buy it just clicks purchase.

Better than the same 5 people spamming 10 lines in trade chat all day.

This is exactly what I was thinking, something like a Trading Post.

You can post an item for sale or trade. As an example, let's just say that you have a Nova Prime Helmet and you want Ember Prime Chassis. You can post your Helmet for sale(20p) or trade(Ember Prime Chassis). When someone comes along with the part or the plat, they can purchase/trade for it and you can be playing while you wait for it to sell. This system would also take a lot of the hassle out of trading(connectivity issues, regional issues, scammers, etc.). This type of system would also balance the pricing and show the true availability/rarity of an item.

I think that the face to face trading system should stay, too. If you run into a clannie or a friend who needs something specific, you should still be able to trade with them personally.

  10. It's because you're a PC player(assumed based on your user name) and PC players can't post to the console subforum. If you have a PS4 account, then you can post on PS4 topics, but not XB1. The same is true of the XB1.

  11. Here's my $0.02. If you build Ash for max efficiency, Blade Storm will only cost 25 Energy to cast when using Corrupted mods. The way I see it, why would you stun the bad guys when you can just kill them outright? I see your point and I can agree that you should be able to use all of any frames abilities, but at the same time, the only ability that is going to take a hit with a max efficiency build is Smoke Screen. I use both Streamline and Fleeting Expertise on my Ash with a low rank Blind Rage and Intensify(Max). to keep my Blade Storm cost to around 30 Energy.

Since you want a Melee focused build, I recommend Rage(Warframe mod) and Life Strike(Melee weapon mod) to give you Energy when to take Health Damage and to recover Health when attacking.

  12. Spare Parts is a decent mod to take up a mod slot when leveling your Sentinel up, but that's it. Once you get your usual mods into it, it shouldn't be dying as often or ever, like mine. Also, I think that Regen cancels the effect of Spare Parts, so it's even more useless in that situation.

  13. I'm easily spooked, but this is a little bit out of the ordinary. Just remember that this is just a game.

My cat makes a living out of scaring the hell out of me, but I can still walk down the hall in the dark and know that I'll make it to the bathroom. He's much more dangerous than a terrain feature in a game.
