I sent a ticket nine days ago. So far, nobody's helped me. Where do I send these to try and fix this faster?

I don't know if this has affected anyone else, but I've been dealing with this for the past few days. When I open the app, it'll do its initial loading thing. However, the Warframe logo is gone. Normally, you'd have "Warframe: [Name of update]." Now, it's just "[Name of update]." After you get past the initial load, you get stuck on the second loading screen. This being the one that just says "Warframe."
