Honestly, if it was that way, then warframe would have to build a tenno gen shop inside their website or something like that, and have payout methods. I hope they would do that, but then again, steam has been around for ages and trusted by over 2 million gamers worldwide.

If the Warframe Android App could allow for in-app purchases of platinum, I'd happily dump my $20 in Play Store credit into Warframe. I know the Play Store keeps a cut of the proceeds, but I think it's the same cut as Steam, which Warframe already accepts.
Does anyone else think this would be a good use of time to support? The Warframe android app already supports buying of weapon slots with the platinum you already have, so I'd imagine it isn't a huge technical leap to accept in-app purchases.

To me, had more rare parts drop when I've been playing with people on friends lists vs public.
That could be because we use chat to go after 1 part at a time and refine relics as needed whereas public, its pot luck who joins. But then again I assume that's what all squads of friends do when they want to farm something.
Sometimes the rng hates certain players, and sometimes its quite hilarious!
I had a friend that is farming somachords and every time he runs a mission, it just doesn't want to drop, but if i run one with him it drops. -

Although it might be fun to have an open world map where the Corpus and Grineer have two different camps and periodically send troops out to fight each other over a piece of land that has high value (e.g. an Orokin tower) where the tower defenses kicks in and a three way battle ensues where the Tenno can come in and join a side or wreck everyone's day with the potential complication of infested or sentients doing a surprise attack to add a layer of challenge to the proceedings.
I hope it is like an underground open world. Like red faction 😄
