i think this is specific to T3 Surv and or kin survival because i haven't had this issue in saturn Cassini

So everything was going well like it suppose to then after wave 15 And everyone hit continue One of our squad members got kicked and received a mission failed Sign. And then nearing the wave 19 we had to abort cause The wave sequence wouldnt trigger to wave 20

Could this Be linked to some other bugs that is happening? or can it just be a rare occurance.
