Giving higher rank to them can build solidarity between you [the warlord] & your clan mate.
if you just let them sitting on Initiate rank, they'll think you don't trust them to build clan Together.
Clan is not about Solo .... impossible to do without help from the other
if You trust them, they will also trust you

My TDR Crashes gone after Upgrading to Windows 10 :D
