I never considered this a "soft-ban" from sorties, but the natural consequence has been that I no longer run sorties, and thus I log in less.
I'm currently at 97 Rivens, and the primary reason that I am in that situation is because I have a great deal of melee Rivens that I refuse to melt before the melee rework has dropped. Granted, the wait has been longer than I had hoped... but too late to get off the train now 🙂
Once the melee rework drops, I will know where my melee Rivens stand, value-wise, and then I can proceed to sell or melt them as needed. I don't deny that this is a situation I have put myself in, haha. Not being able to trade Rivens until I've melted enough is a problem I had not considered, though.

DE told me not to worry, told me not to make a support ticket.
I have been watching multiple streamers since the hour of release, through today, and hadn't received anything more than the syandana.
I finally made a support ticket yesterday, and I get told today that they can't retroactively award the sigil.
It did tell me to relink my account, which I did, and I finally today received the totem, the soma and scindo.
But I get nothing for those hours of watching the streamers complete the same thing over and over, and it's not like I could have tried re-linking during that time since they disabled it!
Who the heck am I going to watch stream the achievement now?
This is disappointing. I feel stupid for bothering with the whole thing.

I've not heard anything about sentinel weapons being removed from RIven drops. Pretty sure that's working as intended.

I've not been getting twitch rewards, and I've been watching multiple streams non-stop from the minute the update dropped.

I was streaming five partner streamers since the moment the update released, all night. All I have gotten is the syandana.

Maybe I'm derping hard here, but everything I read online says the Seer stats are supposed to be an even split of physical damage, 28 each.
But my Seer is showing much less?

Tenno and Operator are the same thing. The suits are Warframe, and Lotus doesn't reference us as that. The catch is that before Second Dream, we thought the Warframe and Operator were the same, both the Tenno. Now we know otherwise.

I'm in a similar boat as Warlocke and OP, I used to have a lot of forma from when they dropped all over the void tables, but then I started using them on things, and then the drops are changed, and poof, now I'm in a forma drought.
The math is simple, when you start forma-ing your equipment, unless you stick to a very limited load out, things add up quickly. Averaging four forma per 'maxed' item, a frame, the weapons, and the sidekick add up to something like 24 forma. Plus weapon and frame building. Plus greater lenses. Plus all the other things that require forma (Exilus, etc.). Even if you get all the BPs easily, that's a month of building them, for just ONE loadout. If you didn't have a massive stockpile saved up from when it was raining forma, this is indeed a big grind.
I hope the new map and drops makes forma easier to get when you want them, and I'd LOVE to have the ability to build multiple items of a single type at once. I think having forma/bp drop in the void, like argon, could work. Give us more reason to go there now that it isn't prime city.

The Orokin created both, so it may be more to do with the common progenitor than with the two having any particular relation to one another. We'll find out 'soon' though!

A while back, when things were first brought up, I believe it was stated that there wouldn't be any experience opportunities lost if they reduced nodes. It was one of the many factors involved with them working out this whole new system.
So far as I can tell though, there has actually been a trend of there being less and less "locked experience", with formerly single-event exclusive items making appearances in other events, Baro, etc. A vaulted frame has already resurfaced once as well. Sure, there's a wait involved, but it's an opportunity still, however limited.

Certainly contacting support may bear the results you want.
Otherwise, you could always bring the other 4 with you wherever you went.

Eh, a bit of splitting hairs. You'd have to dive in to the forums or the NYCC stuff to learn it. It hasn't been publicly announced in the 'usual' places.

In my experience, there has always been some issues with this, but it has recently gotten much worse, apparently in relation to the changes to stop stealth affinity farming.

You harangue me for claiming to speak for the majority of the player base, and then try to tell me that your conceptualizations are more accurate to the majority. Hubris, maybe?
I know I can't speak for the majority, I also know that you can't either.
The only entity that can give numbers is DE, and we both know they aren't going to release information pertaining to purchases and income.
The sortie system is fairly easy for anybody with enough experience to even want the rewards and know how to use them.
If nothing else, save your spare focus lenses and build greater versions when and if you have the spares down the road, in the meantime feel free to use your trading methods to acquire greater lenses for 40p.
To me, it just sounds like you're frustrated that you can't sell these things to players for a profit. I could be wrong, but that's how it comes across. "Value" as you seem to define it, is only what you can glean from the trading market.
As I alluded to previously, I think OP is making big assumptions on what he or she thinks the majority of players do or want.
As you mention, DE has the numbers. DE is the business. I'm fairly certain they employ people who deal with business, economic, etc. matters. DE took the action they did because it was decided and agreed upon that it was a good thing to do. They know how their market behaves better than anyone. OP thinks he or she knows better I guess.

But with the amount of time and effort getting the plat to buy ivara by getting corrupt mods (etc), that same amount of time and effort could have gotten you ivara and then some anyways....
I find sorties fun (usually). I personally play them not for the reward (because the rewards aren't really worthwhile, hence my point), but rather for the limited challenge they give. The issues lies in that 80% of this game's community doesn't do things without a worthwhile reward involved. DE shot themselves in the foot in this manner by essentially removing half of the "worthwhile rewards" from sorties by making normal lenses as a reward in them not-worth-it since greater lenses are faster and easier to get, you can get many in a day, and have no RNG, and are better.
Depends on your RNG luck.
And I think you are wrongly assuming the behaviors of the community. To me, it seems, there are plenty of people playing the Sorties at all hours of the day. I have not joined a pub sortie once that did not have a full squad.
I find the rewards to be worthwhile, at least initially, because I haven't spent plat to take away game play. So every lens I get is welcomed at least until I have four of each (which I will craft into a greater lens), but even more than that can be useful. The weapon parts are useful if I don't have them yet, and useful otherwise to sell to others who don't have them yet. The Nezha parts are useful in the same manner.
Maybe you have tons of plat on hand. Maybe you're in the hardcore minority. I find that there are many, many things I can spend plat on still, and I don't see the greater lens as being worth my plat right now, especially when I can craft them for zero plat + some patience.

No. OP is discussing existing Primes that get vaulted.
Saryn will be the next NEW Prime.
So after Ember Prime left the void, everyone has been anticipating the next prime sendoff. I have a simple guess on the order that the primes are sealed into the Vault.

Frost Prime >>> Mag Prime >>> Ember Prime
Notice anything about this? These were the first primes to be released, in chronological order, which is why we can guess that it will go in a similar pattern.

You are correct, many have already noticed and assumed the pattern of vaulting.

I am currently in a clan and the creator/Warlord hasn't signed on in over a year.
The two um Mini-Warlords under him also hasn't signed on in a year.
I'm currently the highest rank in the clan. We're a Storm clan but with only 13 members. Out of that 13 only 5 of us is active.
Is there a way to still downsize or will we have to start a brand new clan? (Which I don't want to do because we'd have to build and start everything all over :/ )
Unless you really just want some sort of power/rank within the clan, you'd probably be best served by joining a different, established clan.

Excited about most of the changes, though the Impact Proc changes do seem underwhelming. I just don't see it making a difference in how many people build for it.
The enemies that would be the best single-target candidates are generally immune to status (and thus, mercy kills) up front and get melted as soon as their overguard is down.
Maybe an additional effect could be something like: chance to stagger nearby enemies per stack.
Still not a room clearer, but leans in to whatever play style would be benefitting from it in the first place. Makes thematic sense, too.... hitting someone so hard their neighbor feels it!
