Secret Finger Jutsu?
I approve of this.
Ember - Pyromaniac
Fire procs heal Ember instead of damaging her.
This would actually be pretty nice, it'd help since she still seems so squishy on t3+ despite all the armor, or maybe make her immune to fire procs. OP's suggestion isn't bad either considering Ember literally has embers coming off of her at all times.

HTML doesn't work here. So FTFY.
I thank you, see I was on mobile an- A NINJA STRIKES EVEN WHEN WEAK!

Ehh, nope, nuthin spoopy he-HAA!

Didn't PS4 get an update before ours finished being in cert? I doubt we'll have to wait, and since it's in cert wouldn't the decision be in MS's hands?
-
I was told Dark Blue is uncommon at best
The 10+ kubrows i've bred over my WF carrier all armed with green, brown, and grey say otherwise T_T
-
Unlikely, as the update was already in certification when you submitted your clan emblem. Its more likely you'll have to wait for the next update after this one for it to be added.
Well that's 150 plat I spent for no reason :\ I'll keep hope.
-
Nice! Will my emblem make into the update? I submitted it today :D

Found a fix I think, I switched over to my laptyop but the main thing is that I was doing it in chrome instead of Windows Edge, it showed up perfectly now.
-
Even when doing this in paint.net it still doesn't work, the img was orignally a paint file however, would this have any effect on it?
-
I sent you a PM whiskey, also what if I used a different program to remove the background?
Also weird question but any Admins out there who might know what in the world is going on?
-
Ok so I started over with a fresh copy of my picture, took it to gimp, used magic wand, clicked the empty space, right-click empty space -> cut, background is now gone, resize, export, and I still get this
Did I do something wrong in that process? Btw when I went to "add alpha channel" the option was greyed out but the options underneath weren't, as if I'd already selected it so after a while I just skipped that process and went straight to deleting the background.
-
I uploaded the image in Photoshop and it was indeed transparent. I think the problem is that you have too much transparency in your image. If you would like me to make you an emblem, for free, I can do so.
Well. if you can fix this that'd be greatly appreciated,.
-
Well I deleted the background using gimp but so what do now? :\
-
So I'm finally uploading a clan emblem, I've made the background transparent but when I go to preview it
This: (Yes it's transparent. http://imgur.com/ScWtwbI)
Shows up like this:
Is it supposed to look like that before upload or what? Also does anyone know a good way to smooth these edges? It doesn't look bad in the preview but I fear it will look bad when blown up on a banner or something, will it?

C'mon guys, how about some more feedback?

No I don't mean in the event that a Halo fires, but to get everyone to play all nodes, or at least encourage playing more of them. This is mostly a rough idea that hit me while playing Uranus, why was I there? To farm polymer of course, I had a reason to be there, the thing that 80% of the starmap currently lacks is incentive or purpose to ever be played beyond just completing the planet. A few key planets have all you need and outside of those and even then a few missions on those planets, relevancy is lost to the void.
The void, the place where we get some of the best and rarest items, and because this offers the greatest incentive, it's where everyone is at most of the time. So how to fix this? Rework the void keys are obtained, hear me out.
Tower 1 keys will only drop from normal missions that are levels 1-18, single reward missions have a higher chance to drop one random T1 key while endless missions give them a chance to drop only at their B or C rotation. The same would go for tower 2 keys but levels 19 and above. If a mission has a level range between the minimum and maximum for t2 and t1 it could be either tower. As a side effect though, t1 and t2 keys will no longer be dropped in the void.
Now t1 keys will have a chance to drop t3 keys in the same manner that normal missions would drop t1 keys but for endless, they'd be in the A rotation, t2 keys would have chance to drop t4 keys but they are still only available on C rotations for endless. T3 and t4 will also now no longer drop any keys at all, meaning that once the process all said and done, the only way to begin again is to visit the normal maps giving reason and incentive even be there once again, instantly repopulating a large portion of the starmap.
Of course with the map being redesigned this whole idea may be pointless and we might not even be using a key system in the near future but I just felt like I should put this somewhere anyways.

Some good ideas in here, though I find a few to be iffy I'm can get behind that Limbo one. His cataclysm/rift surge combo I useless in levels above 15 because he can still be one-shotted due to his squishiness. That Volt one is interesting but like you said he should probably actually have a 'potent alternative to gun-play', I had something posted about this, I'll go find it.
Here, my Volt ideas:
I like Volt and my profile pic should say that, other than damage Volt's mostly fine but in my opinion Volt needs to focus more on his stun game, he's definitely not the strongest and DE continues to refuse to change this so let's give him a greater emphasis on stunning and locking down crowds since that's supposedly the only use for a shock proc.
-Shock- should by defualt stun enemies for 2/2/3/4 seconds flat as it levels with those numbers corresponding to levels
-Electric Shield- Should get and augment that either
A: At max rank has a 100% chance to deal a 100 damage shock proc stunning for 4 seconds to any enemy that comes into contact with it but only works once per enemy per shield or give them cooldown before being proc'd again.
Or B: At max rank have a 20% Chance to reflect bullets and projectiles at enemies while dealing .5x shock damage and a guaranteed shock proc with 2-3 second stun, missile/explosives deal an area proc
Or C: Some combo of both
-Overload- Would stun for a flat 4 seconds at max rank but have the ability to chain back to an enemy already shocked 1, possibly 2 extra times (3 second stun time if 2 extra chains), dealing damage again (maybe half the initial) and stacking on shock proc stun time, enemies who have been chained to a second time can't chain to new enemies and will only chain once and give the chain a range of 5 or so moddable or just a static base of 7-8m. Re-chains happen once every tick of the ability
Also not really needed but maybe Speed should add shock damage to your melee and energy weapons but only you since you're the source while everyone's just kinda getting whiffs of it, I mean he's just surging his body with electricity while holding a metal pole/sword/hammer >_>
Anyways, it's how I'd fix Volt or just "update" him a bit. pls read this DE ._.
I apparently contributed to the Mesa nerf >_>
Maybe I can do it again, but for the better, look here DE!

Something small that I think would vastly improve trading:
Let us see our inventory/mods from the dojo, it's sort of annoying when I can't think of everything I have to sell then I have to make trips back and forth to the liset just to see if I have the one mod/part a guy is asking for, then lose the trade in the time it takes to check.
-
I don't wanna steal your topic TC, but yes Telluric has a point and a much more relevant problem that we have with the current system is that we must add multiples of weapons to our inventory to create weapons that need them, i.e. Dual Grakatas, say you wanted a set and have one space? Too bad you'll have to rid yourself of something or spend plat, why cant we just keep the copies in the foundry until we're ready to craft the weapon?
Maybe we could start crafting said combo weapon and have it sit in a sort of pending stance where it simply wait's for the weapons you need to craft, then you can directly send the extra weapons you crafted from the foundry into the combo weapon project. I mean really, its more of an inconvenience than anything when this happens.

I'm gonna have to completely agree with OP, every lower tower level will give you forma bps to no end, they really don't belong in the hardest and supposedly most rewarding tower. At the very least if it drops on a C rotation in T4 it should be a complete forma and not a bp,
At least that one time I went an hour in t4 surv and got a forma every C would have been meaningfulor something to that effect -

Huzzah! Let's celebrate by looking back at what's been fixed, like the stuttering glitch!
Yes I did cheese most of them but that last one is all legit. -
While this COULD work, wouldn't it be just a matter of aesthetics?
To an extent but then again that's almost like saying the Galatine or Gram are there for mostly aesthetic purposes because we have the Dakra or Nikana, the way the current scythes work isn't quite the way the much larger ones are usually handled, fewer strikes, much wider radius, more 360 degree attacks, violent upward or downward smashes, the occasional wind or energy wave and of course more damage. Plus as I've suggested they'd mostly focus on 2 physical types, due to their designs and weight, heavy scythes could sensibly fit just about any combo of the 3 physical elements.
-
We have greatswords, an abnormally large hammer which could go as a "great-hammer", so why not great-scythes [or heavy scythes]?
I dunno if it's because some of my first exposure to scythe weaponry was from Ninja Gaiden and dot Hack, but the ones in Warframe are rather...puny. Scythe's are a rare delicacy in any game and in my honest opinion none of the one's currently in Warframe do much justice to the weapon category other than the Ether reaper and that's mostly in looks alone.
I'd imagine most would have numbers similar to our current heavy weapons but spread over 2 stats i.e. 112 dmg with 60 in slash and 52 in impact. As for stances, I'd imagine something involving arcing strikes and spirals with minimal movement would sound about right, in the event that they'd operate too similar to current heavy weapons to warrant it's own weapon type, hammer stances or atleast crushing ruin seem like they'd fit the bill.
Also, before arguing realism of using one of these, let's forget the rocket-propelled wrecking ball attached to a stick, or how graciously the body-lengthed Galatine is swung around with tempo royal, plus were space ninjas >_>. And there are many large scythes that aren't too comically over sized and decently proportioned, inspiration below:
Multibladed scythes
Weightless energy scythes?
Chainsaw scythes? Multi-hit?
This looks "Tenno" shaped
Probably too big but almost looks infested inspired
Please DE?

In the spirit of Halloween I decided I'll be having a few of my frames "dress up," so I decided to see if anyone else have a similar stroke of imagination.
Volt as Eva 01
Excalibur in a Thuban inspired skin that I actually made a while ago (yes, the dragon)
And my Kubrow as (Possible Naruto spoiler for anyone who actually cares)
