The mission progress screen in Duriri Circuit no longer tracks bonus focus earned from Thrax or picking up focus orbs. I was getting the usual focus popup message when killing Thrax and picking up focus orbs, but it didn't show up on the progress screen. I was near focus cap when I finished so I must have gotten credit for it.

If you crash a K-Drive over water or on some objects (like a vehicle) in Orb Valis on Venus (unsure of other planets) you fall through the world and get trapped in the wall of a room where it is impossible to escape. You have to abort mission and give up all rewards to get out of it.
