  1. Hey guys. I'm brainstorming possibilities of how to fix this problem, so if any of you have suggestions I'll be sure to consider them. Things to keep in mind:

    1) A warlord is a warlord. There can't be a difference between warlords or else it would simply be another rank. We want people to be able to pass off clan leadership fully to someone else should they wish to step down or leave the clan.

    2) There needs to be the possibility of having more than one warlord at once, since we only allow you to leave your clan if you are a warlord when there is another warlord already present. This prevents a clan getting stuck without access to all permissions.

As for information about the existing ranks, if you are a warlord, or your clan has otherwise customized ranks so that you can see the edit ranks screen, tooltips in there should tell you all you need to know about the ranks/roles. This is not available yet to players without edit ranks permissions, but I would like to expose this information to everyone in the future.

Thanks for bearing with us; this system will continue to see improvements as we go forward.

  2. I checked a couple of your guys' accounts and so far you all seem to either have the key or the recipe for the key. Keep in mind that leaving a clan will destroy your dojo key, forcing you to rebuild it if you join a clan again. If you are still having issues please make a support ticket.

  3. Warframe should be using whatever your currently selected keyboard layout is. Does this mismatch always happen, and are you sure that you have the correct layout set in Windows? As Drasiel said, there is a shortcut that will cycle your layout for the currently active program which you could be activating while trying to slide, sprint etc.

  4. There is a problem separate from the negative amount issue that we came across before. While we figure out what is causing the bug, I am able to fix accounts experiencing the problem. Brigo and XCarochue you should now be able to pickup and buy blueprints again. If anyone else is experience this, please submit a support ticket.

  5. We are still trying to track down and solve the issue. There are at least two seperate problems, one where the UI won't show the chat window for certain resolutions, and one where you don't connect to the server at all. You could try playing with your window size / resolution, but to by honest that is the less common of the two problems.

  6. Ok guys, in our most recent patch we added some logging to help track down the problems you're experiencing with chat. If you are still seeing the issue, please submit a support ticket and include your EE.log file.

Information on retrieving your EE.log file can be found here: https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/entries/22884986-What-information-should-I-give-when-submitting-a-ticket-

Although not necessary, it would speed things up for me if you close your game, start it, log in, and then after seeing no chat come up, close it again. Then submit the ticket with your latest EE.log file which will be nice and short; less for me to dig through :).

Sorry for the inconvenience, we're on the job!

  7. A shiney new Corsair m60 arrived at my desk today and I attempted to reproduce what you're describing. At first, it behaved as you described. After some google research, I did the following in the Corsair Mouse Configuration software:

    1) Check the "Hardware playback" box in the bottom left

    2) In the Assign Buttons tab, re-bind the buttons I wanted to the appropriate keystrokes

    3) In the Manage Profiles tab, click "Save To M60"

    4) Set up your binds ingame!

There is a user interface bug where the comma key won't show up as a bind, but it still works fine ingame. As a sidenote, you can just use the mouse with it's default settings (side buttons will be mouse buttons 4 and 5 i believe), and those will bind fine in Warframe as well.

  8. Gilbert92, chronodude, Daishi: It looks like all three of you have actually only built a single piece of the Rhino warframe. You can see that piece in your list of components on the Foundry screen. In order to get the complete warframe, you must build all three pieces (Rhino Systems, Rhino Chassis, Rhino Helmet), and the combine then with the Rhino Blueprint.

  9. Exitus - are you saying that there is no Evolution Engine crash handler that pops up after the game crashes?

What happens exactly when the game crashes; are there any error messages at all?

  10. This generally means there was a failure in DirectX 11 that caused a reset. If this is common for you, it could be from a hardware fault. We're still trying to track down the root cause of this on our side for when there isn't a hardware fault. In any case, switching your game over to DirectX 9 will likely stop the crashes from happening.
