RESOLVED! I was getting confused and I thought the room on the left was the personal quarters.
Yesterday I completed the Harrow quest.
Today I finished building the personal quarters. When I went to the foundry and clicked on it, I was then able to go into my personal quarters.
I saw a bunch of gross infested stuff all over the place. And there was a chair in the middle. I went up to the chair and interacted with it. It cured the cyst on my warframe's neck.
I went around and looked for other things to interact with, but I couldn't see anything, so I left and went on a mission.
When I returned to my ship, Ordis was saying "Your habitation segment is complete and the new room is ready. Ordis cannot contain his excitement. Will you go there now?"
Right away I could tell there was a bug, because I've already entered the personal quarters/habitation module. So I decided to walk into it again. But I couldn't. The door is locked. It won't open and I am stuck outside. I tried restarting the client but that doesn't work.
Every time I return to my ship, Ordis repeats the same line, reminding me that the habitation module is finished, he says he's excited, and then he asks if I'll go there now.
Do I need to replay the harrow quest? Do I need to re-build the personal quarters module? Is it even possible to rebuild the personal quarters module?
