  1. Sweet and simple. Can we keep forma and cores out of the void?

Before you freak out, please read the actual post.

The Star-chart is almost a ghost town. People only play on low level missions like Apollodorus, or high level missions like Draco. If it's not either of those, they come out in swarms when a new event starts up. There's no middle ground.

My suggestion is to move Forma to high level defenses like Pluto, and to take cores out of the void entirely. T4 survival core farming is all but forgotten, as Pluto, Triton is far more efficient. Doing the above will also help with droptable dilution.

    Please put suggestions down below.

  2. No deities in Warframe is gonna be a problem.

Nyx, greek goddess.  Loki, norse god.  Trinity, very possibly a reference to the Christian holy trinity, aka God.

I probably should have been more specific. I don't want any more Chinese deities in Warframe. The ones we have now (like Loki, as you've mentioned) are great. There's only one of each... theme, so to speak. Taking one deity from each set of beliefs (I'm not a huge history buff, so I may be wrong here). The problem with the new chinese frames is that there's been 2 announced in the span of months.

EDIT: After looking it up, Atlas is based off of the greek god. As I said, not a history buff.

  3. They are shoehorned in. Why? Because China needed to make their version different from our version.

Aren't they timed exclusives? They'll be added into the official build some time or another. DE says that Wukong is scheduled to come out "near the end of the year". Nezha, I'm not so sure.

  4. No, not talking about the Umbras. Those are fine. What I'm talking about are the new "deity" warframes, Wukong and Nezha. As most of you know, DE recently expanded their game into China. That's perfectly fine. We even got some cool weapons out of it (not saying that all expansion should be for our personal gain, but you get the point). But the warframes... well, they don't feel right. They just feel shoehorned into the game. Honestly, I'm not asking to get them removed. I wouldn't be worse for wear if they were added to the game. We should probably just stop at 2 "deity" frames. That's all.

tl:dr We should probably stop at 2 deity frames, as they kind of feel out of place. We have around 20 frames who could be veritable gods with the right modding, and then 2 gods themselves. Just my thoughts.

  5. Glad im not the only one. Always happen whenever I abort a mission.

I remember seeing a few posts titled similar to mine... I hope they fix this bug soon, as it's really taking the enjoyment out of the game if I have to Alt+F4 every time I exit a match, whatever it is. Worst thing is, it's randomized. Sometimes it happens, sometimes I can continue to play, only to have the glitch happen the next time I exit the match.

  6. Something I did with the wonky spawn mechanics. FPS Dropped from 60 to 30 in the span of 10 seconds.

Watch this video by -NOOblShowtek- to find out how to replicate this:

  7. So recently, I've been leveling my Tigris in Europa spy missions. I log in one day, go straight to Valac, Europa, and hop in with my Loki Prime. I throw down an energy restore, only to see that I have 18 seconds of invisibility instead of the usual 27. So, I exit to change my build when this happens:

It's a bug that happens almost everytime I exit a match. Except for the odd time that the game isn't stubborn, I have to Alt+F4 everytime. Help?

  8. They going to undo the accuracy nerf so that it's actually usable. Please use the search function in the top right hand corner of the forums before posting, there are probably at least 100 threads about the Vulklok nerf already.

Sorry, I just had to get it out of my system. The accuracy thing basically made me put Diriga away so I didn't have to look at it.

  9. For those who don't know what I'm talking about (considering there have been tons of people talking about it on the warframe subreddit and videos, I'd be surprised if anyone didn't know) Diriga's sniper rifle was recently nerfed in many different ways, many of them I could understand.

Damage- Ok, so the amount of elemental damage you could do was way too much. (killing grineer on Ceres defense in 2 shots with a corrosive build pre nerf)

Fire rate- It's a sniper rifle. It's understandable.

    Etc.

    Accuracy and range- Excuse me?

This may be taking it a bit too far, but they basically just made this weapon obsolete. They took the range down from 70 meters to 30 meters, but really, it can't effectively hit anything unless you're standing at least 10 meters away, at which point you should just stop trying.

Back when the nerf wasn't in place, Diriga was the one helping me through levels like Triton, even with a frost.

Only a week into having a new sentinel, and it's been hit with the nerfbat. And hard.

At the moment, Djinn's dart gun shoots farther than Diriga's sniper rifle. Think about that.

It seems like DE is trying to make Carrier the only viable sentinel.

I know I may sound like those people whining about "Wah, a weapon isn't OP anymore and I'm mad! Wah!" But notice how I was accepting of everything except the accuracy and range nerf? Besides, this was the weapon helping me through things like T4 Interception and core farming on Neptune, Triton.

This post is getting rambly as it is, so I'll offer a solution:

Buff the accuracy and range back up to their original stats, maybe bring the damage down to 50 or something.

I don't want to have to sell this sentinel, I really don't.

  10. Recently, I started up Warframe hoping to get some prime pieces for Ducat Fodder. My first stop was T1 mobile defense. I started up the mission, threw down an energy restore (I was Loki Prime, by the way) And cast invisibility. Noticing it was 18 seconds instead of 27, I exited the mission to change my build, only to be greeted a rather strange site when I came back to the Liset. Since I don't know how to post pictures, I'll describe it.

It was the regular mission failed screen, along with the sting of music that plays with it. Instead of showing me what weapons/frames I had on at the time, how many kills I got, etc. It didn't show anything except for 2 arrows, 1 near the top left of the screen, and one near the top right, with the word "text" next to both of them. I tried clicking everywhere, it wouldn't let me go back to walking around the Liset. I ultimately had to Alt+F4 out of the game.

I've tried verifying the game cache. It said that 126 files were not verified and had to be reacquired. I'd done this multiple times before. It downloaded almost the entire game again. I turned on the game to see if it had fixed the problem, and it didn't.

It's starting to get annoying, especially when playing with clan members and this bug happens, and I have to explain time and time again what happened. Please help.

  11. Not really, upwards part of the Liset is the one we use to infiltrate and extract, Arsenal, Mods, Foundry are in the Orbiter Compartment which we dock in after every mission.

...Sneak up on enemy ships? "Void cloak engaged, Operator." ~ Ordis

First off, didn't know we had that. I really wish DE would implement the animation for that. If the tiny compartment we get in the bottom of the ship is all that we're getting, I'd like to paraphrase ordis: "Hmm. I thought the orbiter compartment would be much larger than this."

I'd like to know where he said that. I'm not trying to disprove it, I'm genuinely curious as to where he said that. In the beginning of the game? In a quest? Where?

  12. No need for the sound overhaul, we are stealthy even if we run.

I guess so. Everything we do can be explained by space magic. How do we hold our whole arsenal in this dinky little ship? Space magic. How can we sneak up to enemy ships in our ship without being blown apart? Space magic. I guess the lightness of our footsteps can be space magic too.

  13. (This is my first post. I didn't know where to put it, so I put it here. Feel free to move it if you wish.)

Let's face it. Stealth in Warframe is unreliable. There's one enemy in the room. Otherwise, it's empty except for you. He shouts before you manage to kill him with your Paris, or whatever silent weapon you might have. Relieved, you run into a room a few hallways away only to be greeted by a butcher typing into the console. You try to stop him, but it's too late. The alarms go off.

Next run. Two lancers are patrolling the halls when you shoot the one in front. Pins his upper half to the wall and the one behind doesn't seem to notice, and walks over the torso of his former ally. Next run... you get my point.

    As for my suggestions...

    A) Alternate pathways.

We've all watched the beginning intro to a mission. Break through a vent, drop to the floor. It would be nice if we could find vents along the level that we could silently enter. As soon as you walk up, there would be 2 options: Press E: Kick open Vent. Noisy. Hold E. Pry open vent. Silent. Through these vents, we could access catwalks high above enemy patrols, so we can get the drop on them, or alternate routes to the entrance of spy vaults that would cause less fuss.

    B) Sound Overhaul

It seems that enemies (particularly grineer) seem to say the lines they say when they spot a tenno when they're just idling. I'll be going along in a mission when I hear "Gottan sunova guutra!" I panic when nothing saw me, and I get myself spotted by sprinting out of the room.

My actual suggestion would be to have a button you could press (something like b, so you don't accidentally press it) where it would show how much sound your warframe is making in the form of sound waves, in the game and on the minimap. For instance, when you're running, you have a large red circle, and when you're crouching, you have a blue circle so small that you can barely see it.

This also applies for enemies, as the sound waves would alert them should they be in the radius of your circle.

    Tell me what you think.
