Tenno going invisible

I havnt quite figured out what triggers this but twice since equipting shade my tenno has gone invisible. I dont mean stealth mode, i mean invisible, no polygons except for sometimes the weapon im holding has a very transparent halo visible, not the weapon itself, that's invisible as well. I think that my Tenno is in sprint mode automatically in this mode, and it does not end like regular stealth mode. it doesnt matter if i hit enemies. I am invisible until the end of the mission. The Tenno is not stealthed for the enemy ai. Please let me know if i can give you any more information that can help people identify the cause of the problem
