Plains: Clients have poor frame rate when specters, pets, and Umbra jump/fly across the map

When i was a client with a white circle number 2, 3, or 4 next to my warframe name, then all specters, pets, and Umbra go flying super fast to the Cetus gate then back to me or a player. After specter jump/fly fast, I often suddenly get a very poor frame rate down to 35 fps and stutters for some time, until it suddenly jumps to a good frame rate some time after.

 

In the video, the top left fps counter is a steam's built in frame rate option, that shows frames per second faster then the bottom left fps counter.

 

Host/Solo works fine without a problem with a frame rate of nearly always 55 fps or higher. This problem only happens when I was a client, not host.
