Dear DE The limbo theorum quest glitch

When I completed the first mission and crafted the limbo nueroptics theorem the game wouldn't let me do the second mission as in my codex it's says nothing and when I tap on it it exits out and dose absolutely nothing. I am crafting the nueroptics as of now and I'm trying to proceed in the quest but the codex says the mission is nothing (basically it's blank) I would really appreciate if this is fixed for me and many as it's frustrating to get limbo when can not as the quest won't let you

you have to build the next theorem for chassis or systems after building the part oft limbo so look at youre foundry
