Sanctuary Onslaught and Umbra

While trying to lvl up my amp in SO i brought my umbra to help me out, also brought with me a lvl 19 primary weapon to level. Everything went smoothly, i used Operator form most of the time and went threw the portals fine in that form. Until i hit the portal leading to the 8th zone, i realized that i couldn't switch to back to umbra  (he was no where to be seen) and when checking mission progress he nor any weapons i had equipped on him showed up. I tried getting myself killed but that just made my operator get downed like a warframe waiting to be revived, even pressing the self revive button i came back as an operator. My squad wasn't able to keep efficiency going to complete zone 8 so the mission finished. Before i glitched on the last portal, mission progress said i reached lvl 22 on my primary and 29 on my amp, now on mission complete it says i only got 8 lvls on my amp and nothing on my primary. What happend to the XP 😐
