Lost Focus in Focus tree when "BACK"

So basically, I was in operator tree putting focus in Madurai and i got a full Void Strike with focus that I had, then instead of pressing "back" button i traded "SHARDS" for focus and got 1 more full Void strike, then i pressed back and it asked me if i want to apply changes, so i did, and then i got some sort of error ,can't remember exactly which one, saying the process wasn't able to be done (something in that sense) and i lost the focus from shards im pretty sure, beacuse when i got back in i had only that 1 point up in voidstrike that i had with focus, and i had no shards to trade in either, so lost around 300 000 focus. Anyone else had this happen to them?

The error you don't remember is a 'transaction server error'.

I and others have lost hours of grind for these things.

I have emailed support twice and have effectively been ignored twice.

No one cares it would seem.

DE support is a terrible embarrassing joke imo/ime.
