Permanent FPS drop. (uninstalled and re-downloaded several times)

My warframe fps dropped drastically after an update from windows. It was running just fine the day before, until I updated windows 10 and restarted. The next day I am greeted by almost 1 frame per second, even with graphics on low. I uninstalled and re-downloaded Steam and Warframe, plus updated Warframe with the Chroma Prime Access (looks awesome, by the way). I don't know what else to try.

my dear friend , dont ever ever update windows..never trust me on this one as w10 ..windows 7 i dont know update or not i keep it update but i feel like i loose performance... dont ever update windows 10....its like they love to ruin your performance so yiou have crap fps you get mad and buy new computer= profit! take w10 aniversariy edition and don't  update it at all or update it to a certain point , if you can run game properly why update it?? microsoft will never release an update that increases your fps by 5-10 in games., rather they make it run worse....typcal beeping MIcrosoft !
