Characters vanishing after finishers

Hello, there.

It´s becoming frustrating to do finishers in the game. Now and then when you do a finisher, your character will vanish and you will be left playing in first person. 

The only thing that fixes this is dying or if there´s a host migration. /unstuck doesn´t fix it, and if a teamate revives you, the problem persists.

This is particularly noticeable on Gara, to the point I stopped playing her just because I can´t see her 90% of the time.. You´re attacking the enemy, her passive kicks in (amazing passive, btw) you do the finisher and bam, you´re in first person.

I think it has something to do with camera angles, because sometimes you can reproduce this bug by just walking into a corner, the camera can´t handle it and then you vanish.

I don´t know if this happens on XB1 or PS4, but on PC this problem is getting out of hand.
