Tiny Titania Bug

A bug I was told might be worth reporting:
When using Titania in Index, she has glitched through and/or under the map every time I turn in a point when I'm using her 4 ability. Doesn't happen when her 4 is not activated, but I have gotten stuck a handful of times if I don't deactivate it before turning in my points.

I had the exact same issue it seems like this happens when you fly downward when capping points however you can fly up back into the map if you fly up immediately as well as if you let yourself fall it will teleport you back onto the map.
