So while reading through other posts this idea came to me.

I know Revenant is based on Dracula with all of his abilities other than his 4 being classic vampire-like.

But what I was hoping for more of a warrior vampire, something closer to the Legacy of Kain series. So here we go.

Name:Sanguinari

Polarities:

Aura: V

Exilus: none

Warframe:2xV and 2 dashes

Stats:

Health:1000(1500 max)

Armor:250

Shields:0

Energy 150(300 max)

Movement Speed:1.20

PASSIVE:

Spoiler

Dodge roll is replaced with a mist dash that lets you pass through enemies and ignore any incoming physical damage during the dash.

-only incoming damage is ignored, already existing slash procs for example will still damage you

-elemental damage will hit you still, you can't dodge through a lv150 toxic ancient when they're releasing their AoE toxin and avoid it.

1st Ability:

Spoiler

Quick Cast:

Energy Cost: 25

Cast Range: 15/20/25/30

Release a telekinesis blast at your aim, the blast is instant and will hit in a 3/4/5/6m AoE at the target location knocking away all enemies within the area.  Enemies lose 5/8/12/15% of their health on blast. Subsequent blasts on the same targets will deal 50% less damage than the previous one.

Hold:

Energy Cost: 15+2/s

Cast Range: 15/20/25/30

Pull a target enemy towards you, grab them and use them as a shield. The enemy won't be able to resist and will block incoming fire from the front. You can't bulletjump during this and you can't cast your telekinesis blast unless you let go of this target.

While being held, the target loses 1.50/3/4.50/6% of their health a second and you get healed for 2/3/4/5% of your health every second.

You can still use your teleport half of your 2nd ability and Exalted Pike.

You can't use your melee or your Primary while holding a target.

If you don't carry a Secondary weapon or you are not using your 4th, the drain and healing are increased by 50% and you gain 25% movement speed.

You can still Mist Dash during this but will only travel 50% of the normal distance.

-Negative Power Strength will reduce the damage, healing and extra stats for not having a weapon

-Power Range affects the AoE of the blast and range of both casts

-Duration affects the drain

-Efficiency affects the initial cost and drain

2nd Ability:

Spoiler

Energy Cost: 35

Cast Range:20/30/40/50

Hold: Become invulnerable for a moment as you turn into mist and teleport to a target location. Upon reappearing at the location enemies in a 4/6/8/10m radius are put to sleep for 3/4/5/6 seconds. The sleep is broken upon taking damage. Enemies put to sleep will heal you for 5% of the damage they take from any source during the sleep and for 1 second after it breaks.

Quick Cast: Target enemy is instead teleported to you and open to a special finisher. This finisher is an instant kill that drains the enemy, healing you for 400/600/800/1000 health. Healing in this manner can overheal you, going over the maximum health cap.

-You can have up to 2000 Overhealth

-Overhealth decays at a rate of 0.5% a second

-While you have overhealth you can't get oneshot, enemies must first get rid of your overhealth before damaging your actual health bar (this means you can theoretically facetank a 10k damage blast with 1 overhealth and you will only lose that 1 oveerhealth)

-Self Damage is also restricted by overhealth and can't bypass it to kill you

-the special finisher is performed by the warframe itself with the bare hands, you don't need to have a melee weapon

-Power Strength affects the amount of Health/Overheal gained (the cap stays unchanged)

-Range affects the distance at which you can teleport or pull an enemy from and the AoE of the sleep

-Duration affects the duration of the sleep(the 1s heal leech after the sleep is unaffected)

-Efficiency affects the energy cost of the ability

3rd Ability:

Spoiler

Energy Cost: 25+5/s

Radius: 4/6/8/10m

You constantly drain health from nearby enemies. They lose 5/6/7/8% health a second while you get healed for 1/1.5/2/2.5 of your health a second per target affected by the drain. You can only get healed from up to 3 targets at a time, the drain affects all nearby enemies. You can't get overheal from this if you don't have any but you can sustain it if you already have some and bring it back to cap as long as the enemies don't bring it down.

-Negative Power Strength will reduce the damage and heal

-Power Range doesn't affect this ability

-Duration affects the drain of this ability

-Efficiency affects the cost and drain of this ability

4th Ability:

Spoiler

Hold:

Energy Cost: 25+6/s

Bring out your Exalted Pike.

Attack Speed: 1.10

Block: 80%

Crit Chance: 20%

Crit Damage: 2.2.

Status Chance: 20%

Impact:0

Slash:150

Puncture:50

Life Steal: 2/4/6/8%

Weapon Range: 7/8/9/10m

Uses mostly swipe attacks in it's combos with heart/head stabs for finishers. Heavy attacks cause you to plunge forward doing a penetrating thrust that can hit multiple enemies in a line.

Heavy attacks will stagger enemies and apply a heavy slash proc.

Enemies killed by this weapon fill up your Blood Chalice at a rate of 5% per enemy killed.

You can use this during your channeled part of your 1st ability and it will open up for alternate thrusting combos that have a 50% extra range.

Quick Cast:

Energy Cost: 100

Cast time: 1second (you are immune to damage during the cast)

Duration: 25/30/35/40

Upon filling up the Blood Chalice you can empty it to create a blood clone of yourself.

The clone will use your Exalted Pike as it's weapon regardless of your equipment but it won't fill your chalice.

It has the same stats as you and will use your 1st and 2nd ability to their full potential. It will use your 3rd ability as well but that one will be limited to only 1 target for the heal and 3 targets for the damage. It will use Mist Dash to get close to enemies or move away if it's surrounded/takes heavy damage. Upon moving away it will either initiate a lethal finisher on a target with the 2nd ability or take an enemy as a shield with the 1st one.

-Power strength increases the damage of your Exalted Pike

-Power range doesn't affect this ability

-Duration will affect the drain of the Exalted Pike and duration of your clone

-Efficiency will affect the cost and drain of Exalted Pike and the cost of your Blood Clone.

Given that all of his damage except for his Exalted Pike is percentage based positive power strength doesn't have any effect on those BUT negative power strength will still make them weaker so keep that in mind if you plan to use Overextended for a CC build.
