Game is becoming unplayable

Since I cant post this under ps4 for some ungodly reason despite being registered as a PS4 player, I have to post this here. For some reason the game keeps telling me there is an update and to exit and run the launcher. Well for one. There are no updates. Two. This keeps happening over and over. Sometimes in an hour. Sometimes after running just one mission. I've tried restarting the PS4. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Warframe. I'm at a loss on what to do here. I know this game is f2p, but it us still not right that with every update and "fix" more glitches seem to happen. Now I can't even kick back and play my favorite game without becoming exceedinly frustrated with this message popping up. Please fix!
