Octavia Deluxe Bundle Sale Issue(Horos Instruments)

The Octavia Deluxe Bundle says it comes with the Horos Instruments, but when i bought it, it said that I didn't have any of the instruments so I just spent 245 platinum hoping to save 400 platinum on the Horos Instruments but even though it says that they are with the bundle it wasn't unlocked after the purchase.

Nevermind I'm braindead, Horos instruments is a single item, not the whole set of instruments;
