Support are the only ones that can help you.  Try this link:

You can open a ticket with them requesting more information on your ban.  They will respond when they are able with more information.  Keep in mind that many other people have posted here in the forums about delays in responses from support.  Don't be surprised if it takes a while.  You can also request an update from them if you don't hear from them in whatever a timely manner is to you.  I recommend that you don't create multiple requests in a short amount of time as that has resulted in negative responses from support.  Try to be as patient as you can.
