Miter bounces off things it isn't supposed to.

Miter saws can't get through Gara's ability 4 Mass Vitrify, or ability 3 Spectrorage, instead bouncing/ricocheting off. I see other projectiles (bows) go through it just fine, and Miter saws used to be able to get through.

It also bounces off nullifier shields with the Neutralizing Justice mod on, where it used to get the bubble AND get the target with the same saw. This seems unintenional after messing with the shield code in this latest update.  "Fixed certain wave projectiles (e.g. Arca Plasmor) bouncing off hit proxy shields (e.g. Volt’s Electric Shield, Gara’s Mass Vitrify)."
